All Things Exterminators

First things firsts - we have been with this company for almost 10 years. Why I’m just writing a review - I have no idea. Ha! You know when you meet someone for the first time and you walk away surprised and saying “wow, that human seems like a really great person”. Well, I do that once a month. Robert and his employees (who are an extension of him) are kind, capable, honest humans- who I trust whole heartily. You’re not a dollar sign to All Things. You’re a human with a need. He’s not going to look at your situation and see how he can sell something. He’s gonna look at the human and do what’s right and best ALWAYS. Sure, it’s pest control and not something that is tangible (so to speak). But, there’s a reason - we’ve been with this company for 10 years. We just moved in to a new to us home - with previous owners who did not take care of their home in this way. It took months to situate an ant issue. Robert was so patient with us. He would come by just to check on the situation. He would call and make sure I was okay and not stressed. He cared. He cares. All of his employees do. I trust this company so much, that when Robert says something may need to be done - I trust him and we find a way to make it work. (Thankfully with him hovering over our home - the need for anything grand has only been once). The new to our home came with a neglected crawl space. Robert came out, treated, fixed and installed a dehumidifier for us. If a crawl space can be down beautifully then, it’s beautiful. We also have them do rodent / critter checks. Preventative Termite treatment (with warranty) and treat mosquitoes with our regular pest control. We are so incredibly grateful for Robert and All Things. If you’re looking for anything in this realm of work - stop. You’ve found the company. We love them and 5 starts isn’t enough. PS - next Christmas he’ll do your lights too. 😂🎄🎅🏻
