Weed Man

Today Nathan came out to our home to apply the first application of lawn care by putting down crabgrass prevention and fertilizer on our grass. This is our first time with the Weedman Company. After meeting Nathan the technician from Weedman, he went over some different things that he saw in our grass. We had Nathan also put lime down as well. Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable. I would like to have Nathan as our technician for this season to attend our lawn care this year if possible. We look forward toward working the Nathan and the Weedman Company. Thank you. Max Rairigh

The Technician Liam was very good with explaining everything he would do today. He was understanding and knowlegable about my lawn and the needs to keep it healrhy. He is definitly an asset to this Co.

This was our first service. The technician Nate introduced himself and discussed what was to be performed. He walked our property before application. Nate did a nice job in including us in on what was to be done. Appreciated his efforts.

Nate came out for his first visit today. Very impressed by his communication skills and he took the time to understand exactly what I needed to have accomplished. Too early to tell how my lawn will look yet, but I am confident it will be beautiful and he will make sure we are happy

We were not home when he arrived. I received a call from him. He was very nice and explained what was happening.

Met the technician today and he explained exactly what treatments he was going to apply. He was both friendly and professional which I greatly appreciated.

Gave phone number to get quote and later decided we didnt want one. My wife asked to be taken off the list and they kept calling back. I had to get on the phone and asked to be taken off the list and the guy had the gaul to argue with me that I didnt want to be taken off the list. Aggressive predatory sales practice.

He did show up but whatever he used for the weed control did absolutely nothing to my clover, spurge , or nutsedge, which I left tall so he wouldn’t miss any

16 months of diligent efforts and the lawn is no better than when they started. Considering the investment and their attempts to make it better I surely would like to leave a better review but one look at my lawn does not allow me to

Weed Man will not stop calling me even after I politely said no thank you. They continue to call 3-4 times a day over the past 4 months. They need to train their sales people better.

Complete waste of money! Service is poor, and was promised a beautiful lawn. 3 Years I gave them . Took every service they recommended! Called to complain and all I got was lip service. The field mgr was going to come out several times to go over problems and make a plan never responded from 3 separate occasions over a 18 month time frame. Finally I got him out. We went over the issue's and was promised service the next season because it was too late in the year to do what was needed. Next season came and went with at least 5 interactions with customer service promising to rectify the issues. Again another season pass. Still lawn looks like crap. When I refused to make payments they continued to charge my credit card and just do the dog and pony show and show up and go through the motions. 3 seasons of wasted money! Poor response from management... never never use them unless you want to just support their bank account! I would give them a .25 star or a zero if it was available.

Exploitative and misleading. I received a flyer advertising a “first service free” offer, so I called and signed up. I understood it was a subscription model with recurring treatments and was assured by the associate that the first service was free and I could cancel anytime. Yesterday, they came for the first visit, but when I received the receipt, it showed a $90 charge. When the company called to confirm the visit, I asked about the charge, and they claimed that because it was “late in the season” (April 1st), my first visit required two treatments. They refused to waive the fee and only offered to cancel my account. This is deceptive business practice and false advertising—I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have never ran to leave a review so quick until now. Talk about the most ignorant customer service of my life ever experienced, I have to do cold calls for my job and don’t treat people like that. Man acted like I spit in his face or something. Didn’t even tell me the estimate. I explained my father does most of our lawn care. Never said I was not interested. And I get “I don’t even understand why you requested an estimate” in the most ignorant tone. Do you train your employees? Give him a script or something to work with cause he could barely even give me the sales pitch. You could not make me use Weed Man even if I was given the service for free and was paid to use them. I am shocked that you run a business with employees like that.

Actually not sure what weedman service does our yard. Bucks county is where the bill comes from. Our yard has NEVER looked so horrible. Didn’t want them to come out and they came. I am shocked they would put anything’s down on a yard that looks so bad. And then to put up their sign…. Hahaha no one would use them just by taking a look at our yard. Very sad. Worse ever. I would rather have my weeds back!

Very poor product poor weed control did nothing poor customer service. Pass it on!! Don’t use this company unless you have a already nice Lawn they cannot help with problems like weed control and fertilizer unless you pay them to aerate and such and everything else they want to do
