I have been thinking about the necessity of the lawn care for a long time, but it was not easy to take it into an action since it was not an emergent matter. Louie was super quick and professional! I felt so relieved after having an expert look at our problem and assure us that our pests will be dealt with / what to expect after having bait put out. Everything was completely pet friendly as well, and they promised to return and check back on us to assess progress and if we (ever) needed anything further :)

I have used Go Green for many year now, they have my lawn looking beautiful, and weed free, my old company always had excuses of why I still had weeds after a treatment, Go Green had no problem getting rid of my weeds, it's been 5+ years now, and my lawn still looks great.

Buyer beware: My experience with Neds lawn was terrible. I had to call several times just to stop them from leaving our fence open so our dogs couldn’t get out onto the busy road outside: apart from that, they literally helped destroy my yard which is less than an acre. I don’t know if it’s because it’s not a big yard so they didn’t really care, but I had a good yard, and I wanted to make my already good yard even better. For starters - They would spray weed killer & fertilizer in the middle of the summer at the hottest peak of the day which fried my grass. They denied this would do anything but u literally have a picture of when they sprayed- and then less than twenty four hours later. They would be in and out in less than five minutes, they seeded twice, and both times yielded 0 results. Again in and out in under 15 minutes. This was After I spent over $500 on sprinkler equipment and means to ensure everything was a success on the side. I mean I literally cried. They would assure me they’d be coming out to inspect / fix it, they never did. By the time it was all said and done, the grass that was there died, the weeds came back stronger than before fore because the spray did not get down to the roots, and the seed they put down grew sporadically. They also waited until almost November to aerate when I called in the beginning of October. Some grass is starting to come up but it’s going to freeze and die. I’ll admit some grass did come back in my front yard. All I wanted was to make my good yard better, and instead they destroyed it all. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I documented everything, from start to finish. I have a ton of before and after pictures of every single treatment, and how my yard would slowly degraded into a wasteland, every unlatched gate on a gate we don’t use so don’t check regularly, and my rear camera picked up their very unconventional “seeding techniques”. The fencing you see is because my dogs can no longer be left in the back yard because it’s not really safe for them to play in with how bad it is. My back yard is now a mud pit and I’m probably going to have to pay twice as much next year to have it fixed. Please note - THE LAST TWO PICTURES ARE from a a couple weeks before they started and last fall.

Good job. Got some fertilizer on the driveway which caused multiple white stains. Their customer service manager came right out to check on it and take pictures. We were considering power washing it but opted to wait and see if it would fade away naturally. Which it seems to be doing. The customer service reps were on it immediately, which is good.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I called because bees were getting inside our Airbnb, and the guests were unable to stay in the home for two days because of it. I explained everything clearly when scheduling the service call. The bees were entering near a bay window, traveling into the joist area, and then making their way up through pipes into an upstairs closet. I emphasized that my first priority was having the entry points sealed off that same day so no more bees could get inside. I was told this would not be a problem. The dispatcher assured me the technician would check the soffit, remove what was needed to inspect the area, and seal off the openings around the pipes upstairs so the guests could safely return. However, when the technician arrived, it was immediately clear that none of this information had been communicated. I had to re-explain the entire situation from the beginning. Instead of investigating the area thoroughly or addressing the entry points, he suggested coming back another day. I again explained that sealing the openings was the priority, not waiting for perfect conditions to locate every bee. The technician went inside the home for a very short amount of time and then left. After he left, I called the office to confirm whether the sealing had been done. I was told that it did not appear that any sealing was completed and that only some spray had been applied. None of the steps I specifically asked for were done. When I tried to speak with someone who could help resolve the issue, I was told I would have to wait until the next day for a follow-up. No one offered a solution for that evening, even though I had already explained that guests could not stay in the home until the openings were sealed. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I was promised one thing on the phone, and something completely different happened in reality. The communication was poor, the work I requested wasn’t completed, and there was no urgency in fixing the problem after the fact. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Based on our records I do see that you contacted us to handle your bee issue. We sent out a technician and he treated for the bees. The technician reported back that the hole was too big and needed a contractor. We understand there may of been a miscommunication and it will be addressed with the staff.
Do not use this company unless you have cameras on your property. Started the service around 5/3/25. Cancelled 5/29/25. Out of 3 service technicians only 1 did his job. The other never tested my soil NOR sprayed my back yard. Was insinuated that I was lying when I called customer service. I provided a video. At the 3rd customer representative, they suddenly claimed he called in saying they needed to go back to do the back yard. Upon cancelling they claimed to have a video of him in my yard.....my FRONT yard, not back. The video I sent them proving he never tested my siil. They did not furnish the non existent picture. They cannot be trusted to do their job. Look elsewhere for service. If you do make this bad decision, be sure to watch your video to make sure they do what they charge you for.

After faithfully utilizing their services and consistently making monthly payments since March 2023 for a period of 12 months, I inspected my lawn in April 2024 only to find it in a dismal state. Despite investing in aeration, reseeding, and fertilization, my lawn exhibits prominent patches devoid of grass and overrun by weeds. When I reached out to discuss this issue today, their primary focus seemed to be on persuading me to renew the contract for another 12 months. There was a noticeable lack of concern regarding the significant payments I had already made to them. I strongly advise against engaging with this company.

Extremely poor customer service. Sent an email on Sunday evening that has never been responded to and it is now Wednesday. Spent two days chasing down a customer service representative that we finally connected was not personally present for our conversation. Constantly interrupted me mid sentence. Also was assured me that all my concerns would be addressed yet when I let him know that his companies actions and his words did not match he went back to touting how great their customer service was? When words and actions do not match.the company has a problem! Last, but not least attempting to get someone on the phone is like pulling teeth. Waited over two minutes, not only one but twice, while the phone rang incessantly only to be greeted by an answering machine and to be able to only leave a voicemail.

The “service” we had this year was not good and the grass itself looked worse after every treatment. However, the aeration and seeding performed was absolutely disastrous. My grass needed to be enhanced but instead my yard looks like a war zone, with many plies of healthy grass & dirt ripped out and randomly strewn about. There are very very few plugs, (which are what we were expecting to see) on the areas that had beautiful grass, which was sod. My beautiful outdoor lighting was dug up as well, with broken wiring left out on the dug up grass. It looks like a shovel was used here instead of aeration equipment. I know what proper aeration looks like and this is not it. I would never recommend or use this company again. What a mess they created for us.

Terri, while we apologize for any frustration you may have felt, we've tried to work with you to resolve your concerns. When scheduling any service, we communicate the responsibility of the customer to mark irrigation, invisible dog fences, and any other utilities that could interfere with service as well as send a reminder 3 days prior to service. The cause of the issue was a strand of unmarked strand of lights lining the yard. When our tech hit the line, he immediately alerted you of the issue and instructed you to call the office at which point we offered to replace the strand of lights. We pride ourselves in the customer service practices we follow and attempted to work with you to rectify the situation.
We relied on this company for weed control and fertilizer application. Not only did they not treat the entire lawn, they killed our grass that we applied sod. Our grass used to look way better than it is now. We wasted $$$. I would give them 0 if I can.

I never leave bad reviews online, but I feel compelled to in this case. I was a customer with Go Green Lawn Services for about a year. I was attracted to their organic method of treating lawns. Over that time, I saw mixed results. Some areas of my lawn looked better, but generally speaking, my lawn looked about the same as it did before starting with Go Green. I still have the same problem areas and weed issues as a I did a year ago. I had a scheduled treatment in July for fertilizer and weed control. My wife was home at the time. I live on about half of an acre of land. She watched the technician spend a total of 5 minutes spraying my lawn. He spent almost no time on the front lawn, just casually spraying on his way back to the truck. He then sat in his truck for 10 minutes or so, then left. I called immediately after my wife texted me the news. I spoke to someone there, who spoke to the technician. The tech lied and claimed what my wife witnessed wasn't true. At this point, I had lost trust in Go Green, and cancelled the service. I continued to receive invoices for this treatment. I emailed Chris Stoudt, their VP of Operations (who I had spoken to after my treatment), expecting to have my invoice cancelled. We eventually spoke at length over the phone. He refused to cancel the invoice or even make an offer to meet me in the middle. The least he could have done is offer to cancel the weed control portion of the bill. I'm sure Chris or someone else is going to respond and say that the technician (I'll leave his name out of it) that serviced my lawn that day is their best tech, so they trust his word over mine. Well I trust my wife over them, and she had absolutely no reason to make this up! Whatever happened to the customer being right?? I'm sure they'll also say they have proof that the tech was at my house for more than 15 minutes because they track their vehicles on GPS. The GPS does not track how long the tech sits in his truck and does nothing! Chris told me that I would see the nutsedge die off in a few days. That did not happen. I'm sure he'll say that it takes several treatments sometimes. I saw Zero evidence that the weeds were dying off in the front lawn after this treatment, so I called Weed Man after cancelling, and their treatment killed off most of the weeds. They may also say that I had no complaints prior to this incident. Again, I'm not the type to complain and wanted to let the process work. But after this incident, the likely reason my lawn saw little improvement may be because their techs do a mediocre job. The final kick to gut came today. Since I had been refusing to pay the invoice out of principle, Go Green naturally sent my invoice to Collections. Now I realize that's business, but how ridiculous is it that I get punished for Go Green providing poor service?? If you are looking for a company to provide lawn services on your yard, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Or better yet, do it yourself. Go Green ultimately only seems to care about getting paid. My hope is that a few people that were considering Go Green change their minds because of this, and they lose more than just the measly bill that I owe.
Buyer beware of their mosquito treatment. We paid for the full summer and it has not worked at all. Chris told me that even with their organic product that you would still need bug spray/citronella candles while being outside. So what's the point in paying all this money to treat your lawn? My daughter had 11 mosquito bites on 1 leg alone and was totally miserable (20 total). They supposedly 'guarantee' their services, but will not refund me for a product that did NOT work. He blamed my yard for whatever reason the product was not working to control the mosquitos. Further, he also said it was a cumulative effect and could take years before it totally worked. Really?!? So perhaps they can warn people before selling them a service that may or may NOT work depending on if you have trees, neighbors or ANY standing water whatsoever. Had I known this upfront, we would not have signed up for the service. While the techs were nice and they did come recommended to me, it's disappointing that they won't stand behind their 'guarantee'. They should be more transparent about how their products will work.
We used Go Green for 2 + years. Great customer service, however our lawn was looking extremely bad. I spent countless hours pulling weeds/crab grass. Our neighbors use another lawn service and their lawn looks like a golf course. I had to apologize to them because our weeds are coming on their side. We have since moved on.
