I'm very happy with my services...Mickal serviced my property 3 days before an outdoor family function and it rained. I am happy to say no one complained about any mosquitoes. This is our 3rd year with Mosquito Shield and we look forward to having the service next year.

They’ve changed for the WORST. New staff, new management disastrous results. I have had so many problems dealing with them now. They forgot to put me on schedule for an event spray. They showed up on the day of my event to spray but it simply wasn’t enough time for the treatment to be effective and my guest were bitten by mosquitoes!! And whoever serviced my yard, placed a lawn sign in front of my house without our authorization. My husband didn’t see the sign and he tripped and fell over it!! I’ve dealt with plenty of contractors and they have always asked for permission to place any kind of advertising signage on private property. What they did is ILLEGAL. And it caused my husband bodily harm. When I spoke to one of the supervisors about it, she laughed! Then tried to justify that placing lawn signs helps them with advertising. Um ok, but again not if it’s done without proper authorization. No one from this awful company has reached out to us or has even refunded my money. I’ve been calling them. Do not hire them for your lawn needs, they are way different now, in the worst possible way imaginable.

We have been customers for, several, over 5 years on one property and over 2 years on another property. Starting last year they changed the formula(my opinion) or diluted it and it simply stopped working, mosquitos would appear within days. Yes they came back amd provided the complimentary service but what is the point if it's worthless. Previously it would hold mosquitos off even after heavy rains. Last two years even if the week is dry mosquitos are here...

We have been happy customers for several years now. Nick is our technician. Very friendly and courteous. We don't get mosquito bites on the deck!

Had a glitch with service but owner stood behind it

On a recent visit by Mickal from Mosquito Shield, he encountered a rather strange situation. While turning over trash cans to remove standing water he found two possums who apparently drown in the can. It was beyond gross. Going way above his responsibilities Mickal safely removed the dead rodents for me. As a widow with no one readily available to help me with this situation I was beyond thankful. This says so much about the level of customer service this young man provided. Kudos to Mickal!

This is our 6th year with the mosquito service and 3rd year with the tick service. Could not do without it!!! It’s the greatest thing ever! We see zero ticks or mosquitos. We had a very small property and now a 1/2 acre and still works amazing!

I've complained to MS on a couple of occasions regarding the lack of service to my property. My neighbor has also. The tech has breezed through in less than five minutes. The service is effective when properly applied but it's hit or miss based on the technician applying it. If they get more consistent it'll improve.

Extremely disappointed in this company. I specifically requested an all-natural spray because of my family's sensitivity to chemicals and the organic vegetable garden we have in the backyard, and they ended up spraying the entire property with chemicals which are harmful to bees and vegetables!!!! I spent so much of my time building an organic garden, purchasing expensive organic materials for it, and I am beyond frusterated that this company messed up the order and sprayed chemicals that I specifically requested that they not use.

These guys just came and sprayed poison all over my yard. They were supposed to spray my neighbors, not me. They seem very sloppy and were not nice when I pointed out their mistake. Stay away from these guys

Website does not list the actual chemicals used, doesn’t say if it also kills helpful bees, and has no way of preventing the spray from going into neighbors property.

There are multiple times where I have asked the people on site to avoid my property line. My neighbor has even instructed them to do so after we talked about my desire to keep my yard (and my lungs) neurotoxin free... and to feel secure that children can safely use our yard. Back again today and they are spraying my new plantings that we deliberately placed well on our side of the property line. I know most Americans love the emotion I am feeling right now, but I honestly despise having to feel litigious. I strongly recommend against this company.

Their employees give you conflicting facts. 1st we signed up for the all natural spray but when the guy got here that was not what we were receiving, but he assured me that it would be safe for my bunny whom lives outside so we stuck with it. He explained to me about the chemical that they use, and that it is the same as the miskito treatment but they come out more frequently for mosquitoes. He gave me the option to upgrade to the mosquitoes package if i enjoyed being mosquitoes free. I was told they would come out about once a month. It was 2 and a 1/2 months before we saw them for their 2nd treatment and when I asked why he said that they were backed up because of the rain. So I gave them a call. The gentleman told me it could last up to 60 days so they would come out every 45 days. Except they came out once in the summer and it was 2.5 months before we saw them again; thats more than 60 days. By that time it wasn't tick season and it wasn't important anymore. The gentleman tried to convince me that ticks were active in the winter. They are not and I did not pay to have my lawn treated in the winter. So basically I wasted my money. Next year we will definitly go with a different company and I would suggest the save for all my friends and family members that are trying to protect their kids and pets from pests.
