If there is ever a problem, they come out quickly and handle the situation to your satisfaction. Any technician I have dealt with has been courteous and informative about what was scheduled to be done. Always ring the doorbell upon arrival and asks if there are any problems. The visit is always announced by text a few days beforehand so you can let them know whatever area you would like focused on in case you are not home.

The technician is a very friendly and helpful guy. I spoke with him just before our treatment because of my concern for the upcoming rain. He assured me that as long as the treatment was completed by the time the rain started we should be fine. Just a very straightforward and friendly guy.
