I 100% recommend this company. The employees are educated and courteous. They don’t rush they take the time to figure things out. They came out on an emergency for a trapped rodent of some sort in the hood above my cooktop service within a few hours of me calling. They weren’t completely sure the type of rodent and the manager came out also. I called viking after finding field mice in my home. We caught one and thought that was it next thing?We know we're seeing more and more. Viking was very professional when it came time to schedule my appointment. And the technician they sent out to my house was fantastic. Was able to locate problem areas and show me the problem areas to get fixed. They put down a bait station in multiple traps.
