Original Post: Super happy with Tim from Terminix. We were using a different service for mouse control but they said since we lived in a townhome it was hopeless(!) Obviously the people who work at terminix do not know what chipmunks are. I showed three different service people the holes the chipmunks were burrowing. I signed with them to have the chipmunks removed. They never left and on my fourth call to Terminix I was told they do not get rid of chipmunks. It would be smart to let your workers know this. Absolutely disgusted by the their service. Deserve zero stars. Working on writing a complete review which elaborates on my experience, and will add that information in an update. Without naming names - I had a bad infestation of bats/mice and squirrels in my attic. I paid for removal of old/CONTAMINATED insulation.
