Krystle in the office answered my call and was extremely helpful with explaining the process and answering my questions. Becky was our technician and she was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. So far our problem has been resolved and we will be contacting them again for any future needs!

We have been using the Pest Rangers for about a year and they have kept our house entirely free of any pests. In addition to keeping our house clear, their service and support is top notch. Our technician Rick is incredibly friendly, explains what he is doing and works around our schedule. I can’t recommend enough!
This was my first call to a pest service so I was a bit nervous. Krystle was amazing and made me feel so comfortable with the many different questions I had. Krystle was extremely patient and very knowledgeable so she could easily understand my concerns I’m having in my own home. She never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. In fact she made me aware that I did not need to spend extra money that I was ready and willing to. Who does this anymore in today’s service industry? Nobody!! I just can’t thank Krystle enough for putting my mind at ease and for saving me a lot of money since I’m on a very fixed income at this stage in life. I highly recommend that everyone should contact the Pest Rangers for any issue large or small.

Excellent service! I called and spoke with Wendy. She was so kind and got me on the schedule same day! Becky came to spray for bees that were getting into our house through the HVAC. She was very kind, professional, and took care of our issue quickly. She explained in detail what she found and what we can expect/look for over the next couple of weeks. I am so glad I found this company and will definitely use them again as needed in the future! They were great!

This company is incredible! I recently had an issue that was correctly identified and properly solved by Ted (super knowledgeable) that was assisted by a new recruit Tim (wonderful fellow). Some of the other companies I called seemed to have no care or clue what my issue was. They were more interested in upselling me on a multi-year contract than actually dealing with my pest problems. Kudos to the team at Pest Rangers for being a straight shooting organization!

Contacted pest rangers with a bee problem. Looks like I had 2 different bee hives not far from each other. Windy on the phone was very professional and I told her I was getting 2 estimates and she had no problem with that and advised me just to text her either way. The appraisals were close but the pest rangers provisional attitude was great. Text her back and made the appointment. The next day Becky showed up and she looked over the area and suited up. She was knowledgeable and very professional. She explained the process and showed me the difference between the bees. I can tell she appreciates her job. Not only did I learn a lot about the bees and her trade, but their are gone and I want to thank her for doing a great job.
