Tl:dr it's a terrible company that doesn't care at all about pretty much anything. I was a 365 protection member for years, and this used to be a good company. I would never recommend this company and branch. With the exception of the two technicians that actually performed the job, this company is the worst in sales (that's you Ronnie), scheduling and specially billing. They got paid the full amount of the contract all in through Wisetack (their third party financing company) and now asking me to pay the difference in the 6% sales tax before discounts.
