Do not use, company takes advantage of seniors! Quote of $650 to assist w packing up small senior apt and moving items to offsite storage unit so extermination could take place. Gentleman came w no truck, no handcart and owner charged $900 ($250 more than agreed upon,contracted price) for 2 hours and most items still remain in the apt. (the gentleman who arrived was nice, but completely unprepared to do the job) Did not pack, remove hardly anything, didnt come close to emptying the apartment so exterminator that senior high rise was using couldn’t come until we removed more items. Collected the $900 immediately upon entering apt prior to any work being completed. Communication was very clear about what service we needed and they did not come close to providing them. Dishonest business who literally will take your money and run. Reported to appropriate authorities.
