Hunter came out and did a great job! He determined that my house had winged carpenter ants and not termites coming out of a windowsill because of poor caulking inside and out. He spread carpenter ant bait outside the window, carefully spread an insecticide dust in the windowsill crack, and sprayed around the house perimeter and garage. He offered to spray inside as well but I declined. He was quite knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

OTS is always my second opinion when receiving termite reports that have issues. Tim and the other techs are very efficient and thorough with their observations. They are my first choice when treatment is needed. They have also cleared issues that don’t require treatment, saving my clients money and relieving unnecessary stress. I trust their assessment and highly recommend them.

I found termites in our bathroom this morning and Danny was here within a couple of hours to do an inspection & give me a quote. He’s working quickly to get us taken care of, and has been nothing but honest, professional, and polite. they have done a great job with our general pest control also! I’d never do business with this company again. Ty C was extremely rude and condescending. Customer service was non-existent and they were ineffective in finding a solution for extermination. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

i called them a month ago to see if they do warranty on their failed inspection (i found live termites). someone had done inspection on the property before i send the offer. they end up not buying, and my offer was accepted after few weeks. i called OTS to see what they have done and if its cover under their warranty, they said no, because i was not the one who sent the request for inspection and the person who requested the inspection had not paid. well, it was my bad luck that i did not contact my own termite guys.and i did called them for treatment after wards, cost me little over 1K for treatment which is fine because i did not do what i was supposed to do. Now Oklahoma Termite Specialist sent me a collection letter with my name on it, which says i owe 125.00! Why? i did not call them for inspection, whoever request the inspection did not buy the property. but they want my money! When i called about how warranty works for FAILED inspection, i was told , NO because i was not the one who requested. I was told that this company been around for a long time and and have a good reputation but after receiving a bill that i had nothing to do with, it seems like they do have something going on that consumers are not aware of! it seem like a SCAM to me, one person (buyer) doesn't pay the bill, then find the one who buys, send them the bill. i received the bill yesterday and i called them back today and after few minutes they were able to figure it out that its not me! but its very interesting how they have my information in there for someone's account number! Advice: Please be Honest!

Did okay however still have bugs that roam my house and the person that came out was very quick to be in and out with the spray he laid out.

Had a great experience with a new home purchase termite inspection. The owner inspected himself. However, I have recently been trying to contact them with questions and for service otherwise, and I sat on hold for 31 minutes waiting for an answer, and finally gave up. I emailed them instead with the question and instead of actually answering what I asked, they just said we weren't covered under the warranty for the new home inspection. I emailed clarifying that I knew that but wanted service otherwise and never heard back. It has been weeks now. I am sad and frustrated as I have used them, even when I was a realtor to inspect homes for termites upon purchase. I didn't realize that was actually all they do and ignore you otherwise 💔

The owner drives around recklessly in yos tan Yukon, speeding and cutting people off. He has no regard for the safety of others. I would never let him near my home or family. Why would he care about their safety then?

Great techs that know their business very well. A little on the expensive side compared to others in the same space.

In May of 2019 they came and performed the job and got rid of the termites, but in doing so with their method left holes in the outside foundation of my home. The holes they left UNFILLED took in rain water and flooded my bedroom and soaked the insulation in my walls in multiple rooms. Resulting with me taking out the carpet in my bedroom myself. I immediately contacted the owner, Tim, about this disaster and was given his word that he would take care of this matter. Weeks passed after no word from Tim or the company and I again gave them a call and was given the run around and finally Charlie, the field manager, came and filled the holes that should have been filled the first time they came out to my home. I am now having to repair the damage they caused myself.

Called for them to come out and spray again because we were seeing spiders. The first time they sprayed, they said they would guarantee anything during the three months. We called after the second month to tell them we needed them to come back out. They said it was to close to three months and we would have to pay again. They did not follow through on their end of the business contract.
