August 13th, 2026 Early this morning, we had Jon as our technician, and he did a very thorough and meticulous job treating our home for an ongoing ant issue. Jon was extremely friendly and professional. He took the extra care to cover his work boots before entering our home, which we really appreciated. He was patient, took his time, and clearly explained everything he was doing and what had been treated. More importantly, he genuinely listened to our concerns and made sure they were addressed. We were very pleased with the level of care and attention he put into his work. Jon was professional, respectful, and thorough from start to finish.

Romex required me to pay a termination fee when I moved out of state, despite moving out of their service area. While this may be common for commercial contracts, it is not for residential. I feel that, as a single mother, I was taken advantage of during the contracting process and never informed that I would not be able to cancel even when continuing service was not possible.
