Signing up with this particular Orkin location on N Lincoln was the best decision I made. They helped my neighbors with dead animals in the attic and it was a very big and difficult job. I hired them to put in termite bait stations. Another neighbor had termites. Luckily, we didn’t have termites. Having the bait stations put in certainly ease my worries of ever having termites. Had a really bad experience this time. Orkin came to my door and let him know my dogs are inside after he left I left my dog's back outside without knowing he left the side gate completely open. I can tell you what could have been an absolutely devastating day turned out okay as we found our dog however this is a mistake that should never happen I called and spoke to a lady who just tried to save my account and told me next time we come... well there will not be a next time I will never use your

I paid the highest price they have because they took advantage of an old , Sick woman like me. Now I’m getting the lowest quality work. After a year and a half I still have termites in my house. They said they put 14 inches of insulation in my attic and A different company measured that there were only 10 inches. A very dishonest company. That’s why they should only have zero stars.
