Horrible dishonest company who will scam you!! Paid $188 for a preventative treatment. 8 days later started seeing roaches all through the kitchen and laundry room. Called for a follow up and they couldn’t fit me in the schedule for another week!! Customer service said I’m sorry you’ll have to live with them for a while. Found another company that fixed the roaches immediately. I was NOT waiting 6 more days for Terminex! They did NOT hold up their end of the contract!

I think Terminex does a great job taking care of our home. We pay for a pest control subscription and we almost always have the same technician - who I love! I appreciate the consistency in service. He is very thorough and explains to me any issues and how to best proceed. I trust him because he is honest and does not try to up charge me. He is always kind and respectful, and patient when explaining things.

Overall my experience was very mixed. Service provided by those responsible for interior work has been very good . Service provided by those responsible for exterior work has been horrible. They failed to complete the promised services and have been totally unresponsive to requests to resolve this issue.
