Brad let us know that he was here, then proceeded to do his work in a timely and professional manner. He left the tag on the door as he was leaving.

It’d be nice if the technician let the home owner know they were present. No text message say they arrived or door bell to announce their arrival. There’s no coloring in the spray. What did he do?

Had a good visit with Tony, discussed my concerns with the lack of crabgrass control and insect control, I have called 3 times on crabgrass control, no noticeable change first 2 treatments last treatment crabgrass showed signs of stress, but now now showing signs of recovery. I have been maintaining a watering schedule and have the bill to verify.
