Regarding the negative review stating the wife was sleeping while the tech knocked on the door, I feel maybe it’s a little unfair as I imagine these techs are there by appointment and need to make sure they’re alerting the tenant so as not walk into a possible unsafe situation. I think maybe the apartment complex made the appointment unaware this was nap time for some tenants. Scott came out today and not only was 100% professional, he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend! Five gold stars for this family-owned company. After calling several exterminators in a Hail Mary to help us deal with a mouse in the house and getting responses that we’d have to schedule days out with pre-approved inspections, Mike from Safeguard answered and treated us so kindly and headed our way. Our mouse escapade decided to happen on a Friday, close to 5. So all the more amazing that Mike came to help us. He was a sea of calm in response to our exhaustion & frayed nerv
KC Pest Control has done a WONDERFUL job helping us get a problem house in order. This home was infested from years of neglect; I warned them when we set our first appointment. The technician was on time, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and took his time to do a thorough job. The first application killed 80% of the problem, the second finished them off. I had a great experience with Complete Pest Control! Lacey was so friendly and professional on the phone—she made everything super easy. Greg and Zach were awesome to work with! They were very thorough and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in the work they do. Highly recommend! Had a MAJOR problem with scorpions inside the house and outside. Had used another big company for over a year and never saw any type of progress. Tried Avenge, and am so glad we did. We have not seen a single scorpion since treatment. All spiders, ants and other bugs are dead too. They spayed inside, outside, outbuildings, garage, and really did a great job. Nicest owner and service tech as well. 10 out of 10 recommend!
