Lady called and said she wanted to cancel her service. I asked her name and typed it into the computer. I informed her that she was not in our customer database and asked if she was sure she called the correct company. I told her we were located in Columbus, Ohio at which point she hung up on me. She sure has a lot of time on her hands to write reviews for companies she calls by mistake. Hate to see the review she wrote for the company that she actually canceled.

I’ve used turner multiple times (once at a rental and then when we bought our new home) and they have never disappointed. They’re prompt and very knowledgeable on different pests. The treatment he used was safe for my dog and children as well!

This store can use better management and train his employees how to handle busy line. There is always problems, yesterday. They were running out of checkin and brown rice. Employees doing their best but they lack cordenation and training.

Well we are a pest control company and don't sell chicken or brown rice and I doubt anyone would want to eat it at a pest control business if we did. LOL

I be have used other local exterminators and Ed Turner is a genius when it comes to pest control He was able to solve all our problems quickly and affordably If you listen to him and follow directions you will save allot of time and money Turner is super friendly and effective I will be signing up for his quarterly preventive service
