A guy came out today and literally soaked our townhome, we could see him on camera twirling his sprayer around. After 3 hrs, we entered our townhome and everything was still wet and dripping. We have pictures. We have kids and pets. We tried to call the office if this company about 20 times, no answer and it was during business hours. Got no help about the situation of any kind. We don't even know when it's going to be safe to enter our home. He also told our rental office that he didn't treat our unit at all. Don't trust this company, they are dangerous.

After receiving notice my unit would be serviced on the 10th I took the day off to properly prepare and be able to speak to the technician, not leaving the whole day In fear they would be missed. Only for them to show up at 5pm, come inside for all of 2 minutes before leaving with no treatment done. Had zero regard for people, their time and their space.

Scheduled to have someone treat our apartment building at river oaks. tech lied to the office said he was finished but multiple residents reported they didn’t see him he never knocked

Horrendous. I've had 2 different reps running my flooring under my fridge and stove. Thanks for ensuring I get no deposit back EPM! Aside from consistent floor damage sprayers are woefully inconsistent. I've had some provide notice and never show. I've had some ask for access to rooms not specified (creep.) They're ungodly loud to the point my animals are now stressed anytime they hear a knock at the door. I've had to board them and work due to that and they've still refused to spray or pay attention to notes trying to make their job easier. Pest options are 'spray every 2 weeks and swap traps.' Regardless of infection level. I'd have to think on whether EPM is more of a pest than the actual bugs or mice. Customer service has always been vague/a joke. So much so I now have cameras to ensure I catch the next rep damaging my apartment. And I'm not even bothering calling in again.

These people have been coming to my home for 4 yrs doing nothing but laying feeding stations! They refuse to go by the action/case plan that they have created each person that has come has no idea what technician has done from the last time! Today some man with long dreads and sun glasses was so unprofessional he could see that they have laid snap traps he tried to leave another feeding station I told him they do not work this idiot tells me they do but keep in mind this hasn’t worked in 4 yrs, he doesn’t live here, and this is the first time he’s been to my house! I continue to ask why wouldn’t he leave snap traps due to obvious observation of there still being traps from that’s what the previous tech visit! He walks out the door as I’m explaining what’s going on here he refused to listen and walked out my door as I’m speaking! Bc of this company not resolving this issue this infestation of 4 yrs I have the virus and illness that mice give I have acquired that and now there are RATS in my home! They will send some one different just watch and he has no idea why he’s coming it’s like they don’t write notes for the next technician so every time they come they have no idea as to why or know what the case plan for resolving is either

I live at these apartments and they schedule an appointment and then don't show up. After they have you clear your closets and cabinets. I call of work get a babysitter and wait with my dogs to leave and they don't show. 5 times this has happened. Then one time they show as I'm going to work can't do it and I get charged a $100 fine. How is this right

Only gave notice on when they'd be entering my complex's units for initial inspection. As such they were allowed into my and potentially others' apartments without timely consent after that inspection. Leasing office affirmed it was supposed to be on EPM. Don't feel safe, don't recommend.

Our Apartment complex hired EPM almost 2 years ago, I have a Disabled patient Living with me and cannot leave the apartment on a whim, after the first year trying to set up a specific time for Pest control to visit, Getting no one (Apartment complex or EPM) willing to adjust or give a direct time frame, We are threatened with Eviction. For the last year, we have done everything according to EPM with the notices we receive Bi Weekly Treatments, However it is almost never the same technician, I ALWAYS ask the techs what else i can do to improve on managing the pests, They never want to communicate with me, they are only ever in and out of the apartment in less than a total minute, most they've been inside doing treatment is 2minutes, If empty cabinets are not opened for the treatment, the agent simply sprays the doors and moves on, afterward they lay a total of 3 or 4 glue traps and leave. My Patient has Boxes of Diapers that I keep in my living room, outside of that, My entire kitchen has been empty for the last YEAR, all of my food is sitting in boxes, But the worst part, is that the agents that barely call what they do a treatment, have started to blame ME for the lack of progress with pest control, My house is not Dirty, or Trashed, I have BOXES filled with Diapers for a disabled Patient. I have already had to pay "Fees" for "not being ready" even though I am as ready as can possibly be. I am wondering if it's possible to send Customer service Photos of my Home, in order to get some clear decisive answers as to what needs fixed and improved on. This whole process has been a complete nightmare and I have taken pest control in my own hands and spent nearly 200$ on Traps bait and insecticide over the last 2 weeks in order to better address the situation, I am afraid I'm going to lose my Home because best control is not producing any results in my complex and the Complex are looking for someone to blame.

Unfortunately, their treatment is not effective for bedbugs. They used a spray with pesticides and provided two treatments that were two weeks apart. Two days after the second treatment I checked the bedroom to find two bed bugs alive and crawling. That is unacceptable. To prepare for the bedbug treatment it took an entire week because you have to move EVERYTHING out of the closet and bedroom. It is like moving out of your own home. You have to clear the living room area as well. It took a week to prepare. Furthermore, since the pre-preparation is so time-consuming my family decided to not unpack anything after the first treatment because it would take another week to prepare again. Therefore, our apartment was unlivable for two weeks and currently is because their are still bedbugs. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I will be seeking out another company to work with because these people do not know how to do their job.
