Kinnith Salter was very thorough and very professional. Was also very knowledgeable by my issue. I was thinking about canceling my service after my contract expires, but if I could have Kinnith as a service provider I will consider keeping the service.

Courteous, quick and efficient. She did the normal qtrly service and treated for carpenter bees that we are starting to see.
My neighbor purchased a plan and he also bought one for me. It was a service I did not need or want, but he was being nice. In addition, I never even allowed them in my house. Without my knowledge, my neighbor cancelled and had his account closed which should have stopped mine too. I received a call from Ethan January 30 saying there was an anomaly with my bill-my address and credit card was different. I told him it’s because my neighbor was the one who requested the service. I then received bills for over $800 on February 25. Naturally, when I called to dispute-I got the run around. No signs of Ethan or a chance to get bill overturned. I’m hoping they take me to court and there is still justice in this world. They replied to my review, but never tried to fix the problem. I sent them a bill I received on August 15 showing it was paid for by my neighbor. They keep claiming because I signed for service, I have to pay. My argument is I only signed because the service was already paid for. When my neighbor cancelled (he was fully refunded), it should have closed my account too. I was never informed he had cancelled. As a military veteran, I urge everyone to not use their services. You will be overcharged and they will not work to assist you.

Had to have them come out after I’m satisfied services and still did not help. Then tryed to cancel service and are trying to charge me for canceling very disappointed with the company and not providing service . The representative that sold us the contract informed me that if I was unhappy I could pay for the services they provided and cancel which was a lie. This company is a scam and there products don’t work. Stay away

I thought it was a trial that I could cancel at anytime. Read the contract carefully before you sign up. I am now stuck for a service that is worthless and overpriced for a year.

Save your money. Between the ineffective treatments and the poor customer service, this has been a frustrating experience. It is incredibly difficult to cancel once you're in, and the staff seems to have little interest in providing a quality service.

Got scammed and lied to by the salesman.. Then didn’t receive quality work.. Then I started receiving quality work after complaining and a free visit.. Then they said the free visit doesn’t go towards my contract and I have to have another visit.. They lie about a lot of stuff..

Total rip off. Once they have you under contract they come out and do very little and charge you a ridiculous price. If they were doing their job correctly no one would need to come out 5 times in one year.

I wasn't home at the time of service so I can't speak of the tech or the service. The only way I know someone was here was an email/receipt show my credit card was charged and an email asking for a review. Maybe something "old school " like leaving a business card or some brochure in the door would have let me know a tech was here. But you lead with an emailed receipt....thanks. Please note: the one star rating is not a reflection of the tech's work, but on the company's processes.

James was very professional and did an excellent job. However, I do not recommend doing business with EcoShield Pest Solutions. They offer you a discount to "try their Service" and have you sign a contract that binds you to a year of service. If you are not happy with the service you "tried", and wish to cancel before that year is up, you will be assessed an early cancel fee equal to the discount they gave you to "try their service". Know what you are signing! You assume ALL RISK to "try their service". If you are unhappy, you can pay a penalty fee (you receive nothing for those $) , or pay for a year of service. You Pay and they benefit. Not a good business practice. I called to cancel many times. Each time they told me "pay just one more service then you can cancel without the fee". However, when you call to cancel after that, they'll tell you the same thing. I'll also add, their service charge is more than twice i was paying a competitor. You are not "trying" you're "buying" Pass on EcoShield Pest Solutions!

Do not hire these clowns the first tech they sent did not treat my house or garage but did find time to make my wife uncomfortable with his creepy vibe. The second tech well she pulled into my drive way but never got out if the truck after getting a text that my treatment was complete i checked my cameras to see if the job was actually completed this time and nope never even got out of the truck! Needles to say i stopped payment on eco shield now they are trying to send me to collections for 250.00 cancel fee a complete joke fyi breach of contract they agreed to do inside outside & two out buildings

Buddy keeps telling me to clean up my clutter, but if he only knew how terrified I was of spiders he Would understand that I’m not touching this clutter until I know there’s no spiders on it which has yet to happen
