If I could leave no stars i would since they were bought out or whatever happened last year. My service is gone downhill. They double charge you, they charge you for services that never get done. Their employee Jerry Gaston say that they've been here but I have clear proof with pictures and videos showing nobody has been here for months. I have canceled my service almost 3 weeks ago and was told by Bradwick Kitts that they were going to date it back and 0 my account out and now i'm getting calls

They sign you up for the most expensive options and then make it impossible to cancel. I requested to cancel in August and then again in October of 2025. It is not almost Feb 2026 and I am still getting invoices, harassing emails and calls. I have called attempting to cancel DOZENS of times, my account will reflect this. I have called 8 times today alone and have spoken to probably 12 different people they say okay let me transfer you to the right person to fix this and then leave me on hold for

Terminex doesn't even deserve a 1 Star rating with me. I couldn't be more frustrated and disappointed in this company and I would NEVER recommend them to friends or family, nor anyone else . Their customer service and follow-up care is extremely terrible . My home in Ohio was treated for subterranean and Formosan termites in 2012 and at that time they sold me their warranty plan. You know - ""The Terminix It Guarantee means that if pests come back, so do we - to re-treat at no additional cost
