I would highly recommend NexGreen for quality product, honest help making your lawn look great, fair pricing, and GREAT customer service. Rob came out to service my lawn today, and I was very happy with the experience. Clear on his timeline and what he was doing, very friendly to me and my family, helpful in explaining what was going on / moving his truck, and went the extra mile by helping add some grass seed to a damaged area near my driveway.

We’ve had a great experience with Rob and the entire team at NexGreen. What stands out most is Rob’s attention to detail and excellent communication. Before every application, he sends a text letting us know he’s on the way, which is always appreciated. After each service, he typically follows up with a summary of what was done, points out any issues he noticed, and provides helpful suggestions to keep our lawn looking its best. It’s clear that Rob genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the results for his customers. Our tech, Shun, was very professional and quite helpful this morning in helping us diagnose a small brown out problem that we just noticed in our lawn. We have been with NexGreen Lawn and Tree Care for over two years and are very satisfied with the results we see on our lawn. The grass has thickened and our trees and bushes have become fuller. Further, their business approach is very friendly, informative and customer oriented. They call before the visit and they follow up the same day as the visit with a report. Unlike other companies, NexGreen does not push products/applications or try every year to add to our services. When we have questions, they respond quickly and effectively!

We have been with NexGreen for several years and have been extremely pleased with the service and thoroughness of our Technician Tom. Tom goes above and beyond to make sure to let us know when he’s starting and explaining any issues that he sees. Employees that actually care about what they are doing is a rare commodity.
