I had a great experience using Stryker! I used chat gpt to compare local pest control options and then started submitting online inquiries. Stryker called me within minutes of my submission and quoted me a competitive price so I immediately accepted. They also got me in very quickly. I spoke with them on Tuesday and they performed my treatment on Friday. Abigail was service technician and she was extremely kind and explained everything to us before conducting an indoor and outdoor treatment. I will definitely be using Stryker again!

I love to use small businesses, but sometimes they aren't very responsive. Stryker was very responsive and professional! I had the exterior of my house treated for carpenter ants. They were gone instantly, though I was warned it could take a few days. I've waited a couple of weeks, and they have not returned. John was punctual, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend this business!

I recently used Stryker pest control, not once but twice in the last month and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They first came over when I had a yellow jacket investigation in my basement that was going into my radio studio, yikes. They took care of it, and they guarantee their work! Owner John came over a few days later to make sure I was happy and I showed him something in my studio and he goes. ‘Oh my gosh that’s termite damage’. Stryker gave me a reasonable quote and took care of that termite work within a couple of days and went above and beyond , in my opinion. It was important I used a family owned business and from Customer Service to doing the work, I rate them excellent and this is not a paid endorsement!

Called about a hornet nest and they came out lickety split. They didn't try to upsell me or apply fear tactics. I wasn't added to an annoying email newsletter. Just good work for a good price.

I just had my shed restocked with pellets for mice removal. It had been since 6/2018 that Stryker placed pellets. I am extremely pleased with the company. From the quick response to get scheduled when I called the office to the technician who came to my home. Great company /great people. Thank you.

I contacted Stryker for an insect problem I was having. John was able to quickly identify the issue as pavement ants. He was able to explain everything clearly and treat the issue right away. Definitely recommend!

this was from 04/2017 not sure why it did not post before We discovered a family of raccoons living in our cast iron wood burning stove a few weeks ago. John and Chris came out and were able to wrangle 2 of the 5. It became impossible to catch the rest because they had a place to hide where no one could get to them. So they installed a one way cap on the chimney. And finally the last little guy left. But he wouldn't get off the roof. So out they came another time. I am so thankful for the people at Stryker. They are professional. Smart. Punctual. Reasonably priced I worked with this company for about a month by the time we got the whole family out. They had a warm a cozy home and patience was the best path in our case. I hope I never have this problem again but if I do I am calling Stryker. 05/22/2024 I had another problem and I called stryker. carpenter bees. John came out treated them and told me what to do to prevent their return. When I called to make the appointment the person who answered also told me what i needed to do to prevent the bees return. I have so much confidence in this company. everyone I spoke to knows the business. everyone is so polite. I have and always will recommend this company. their prices are so reasonable. but what ever they charge its worth it.

If you need pest control, you should 100% hands down go with Stryker. This isn’t a big corporate company across the country that’s going to price gouge you. It’s a small company that actually cares about their work. I had a different company come out to inspect and they couldn’t find the root of the problem. Dan came out and found it in 5 minutes and explained everything he was doing during the entire process. Made me feel at ease and was willing to answer all my questions. Go with Stryker.

I highly recommend Stryker Pest Control! It was very easy to set up an appointment. John is very knowledgeable and told me what I needed to do to keep mice out. I own a few rental properties and he made my tenants feel good about no longer having mice running around.

I’ve used Stryker for a couple of years now for things like carpenter bees, mice, etc. and they’ve been awesome. Always communicate very well and each time they’ve taken care of the issue we had, the most recent one being mice and always fairly priced. Would recommend them to anyone 10/10.

We had Stryker treat the wood above the windows in our addition. Rather than climb a ladder and treat just the affected area, they blasted a stream of pest killer from the ground, allowing the liquid to drip onto all our windows, making a mess of them. From what they say, this is typical of their service.

It was good for first two time. But after that it was worst. whatever we found bugs, they will visit again like professional way to say it doesn't cover and extra treatment. First time person came to my home was excellent. he understands the customer concerns. and he was coordinating with Company he did the best. we had bad experience with in person visit and also phone call.

To the owner response: you told me you didn't have the equipment to fix the hole, then offered trapping services, which would remove these squirrels then allow new ones to move in. So I could... pay you for trapping services again? The low stars was because you offered to take money without the ability to fix the issue, per your statement. Three story houses aren't uncommon, maybe y'all should get the taller ladder since your website states you help "eliminate possible areas of weakness in your home". Fixing a soffit hole is pretty 101 for animal removal. Get the right equipment or don't claim to offer the service. (the traps are from rehoming neighborhood kittens and TNRing feral adult cats, so I've got them anyways but thanks for your concern) Called about squirrel removal from my attic. I live in OTE where houses are commonly three stories, so I told the phone rep as much when I called since that's where the soffit hole is that would need a one way door to help keep the squirrels from coming back in. They informed me they don't have a ladder tall enough to reach the third floor but they could charge me for a havahart trap and removal per animal, which is totally useless if they can't fix the hole and prevent reentry. Don't offer to take my money if you can't actually fix the problem, please and thanks.

They drove over my retaining wall and then drove all over my lawn. They trespassed on private property and possibly caused damage to our lawn. And then she started filming us when we came out to see what the problem was, like we were in the wrong. Instead of trying to correct the problem and drive on to the driveway, she was trying to leave without even notifying us of any possible damage she may have caused. Their insurance will be hearing from our insurance.

Paid for a clean out . I paid a lot of money. Didn’t do half of what they said. It’s still as if they did nothing! Now they want me to pay for another visit for which it was suppose to be covered in clean out. I’m upset. Sure wouldn’t recommend them . Took a week to get a call back.

Called on Saturday afternoon during normal business hours for dead bird removal, left a voice mail anticipating a callback on the following Monday. By afternoon, there was no follow up. I called again and was able to speak with a scheduling rep who was unsure why my service call was overlooked. Although, apologetic, the rep was not able to schedule service until the following day. I used this service last Summer, was very satisfied with the prompt service performed on a Saturday afternoon. I was disappointed this time to find my service call was a miss. While on a brief hold, I checked my bank records to confirm the company name because I thought I inadvertently called a competitor. Not sure what happened this time, but having a decomposing bird the size of a crow above my front porch is unsightly and unwelcoming. Had to find an alternative for immediate removal.

Paid $180 to have a wasp nest removed on Monday. No guarantee or warranty because the nest was mostly removed. It's now Friday of the same week & a new nest has already formed in the same spot. The guy that came out here was nice, but just left without even telling us he was done. This was a complete waste of money. Reply to company's response : My husband set this appt up, so the account would have been under his name, not mine. Which is why you don't have my initials in your system. We ended up removing the nest ourselves, as the technician told us there was no guarantee.
