Very efficient and professional

Worked with them to remove racoons from my chimney. They came out, put two traps on the ground, and left them for 2 days, then came back to pick them up and got nothing. When I called several times to get a response to why they didn't finish the job, we were handed off several times and they promised to get back with us. Never heard from them. Weeks have passed and no luck to get back with them. This company is incredibly irresponsible and should not be trusted. They charged us before doing the job as well, big red flag for a company.

Called multiple times, even emailed the photos, but no follow up

Paid $300 for them to come out and put some traps under the sinks. Took them about 10 minutes to walk around. Our bug problem never stopped! They are still present. It didn’t even decrease! We never found a single one dead or trapped. I basically threw $300 out the window. When I contacted them about this and asked if they could come back and re-treat or do something different for the money, they said I could pay the full charge for them to come and do the same thing. Extremely disappointed. We have no choice but to use a different company. Don’t waste your money here.

I called the Columbus location about our wood damage this Wednesday and got the Toledo location. The woman who answered said she would forward the info to Columbus. When I hadn't been called back by later Thursday, I called the Columbus # again and got a gentleman. He told me a technician would be out Friday between 8-11. Friday at 1:20, no one had come yet, so I called back. The same man answered the phone and said he would contact the technician and call me back in 5 minutes. It is now Saturday at 11:30 and he hasn't called me back. It's a shame, because I had heard nice things about Rose.

Don't use these company. Pro: Available, friendly staff Cons: Dishonest, Unprofessional The technician was friendly. He came and did exclusion work on a hole on my roof. That night we heard noises on the roof and we scheduled them to come back to make sure nothing broke through the exclusion work. The same technician came and said nothing broke in but there were baby raccoons trying to get out and he would have to trap them. He said he saw new paw prints on where the hole used to be so we paid. The next 2 days another guy comes and sees nothing. This guy who is the supervisor of the technician said nothing was in my attic and took photos and he didn't know why we were told there was. So we paid for a service we did not need. I asked for a refund that day but was told he would call back and let me know. No call back. On top of that the last day they came to retrieve the traps. It was raining so they took the one of the attic but left the one on the roof. They did not retreive the one on the roof until 45 days later. I would suggest waiting for another pest company instead of using them because they are available. They are available for a reason.
