Highly recommend. I was just calling to get an estimate for someone to come out and and look at some tiny bugs to confirm they were not bed bugs and help me find the source. Instead she just answered all my questions and helped me identify the insects over the phone no charge. How sweet! She was so kind. No one does that these days. Will definitely be using them if we ever do need services.

I was very impressed with this company. I called yesterday for cost of service, and was reasonable and told them that I had yellow jackets that made a nest behind my electric meter on back of house, they said they could come out later that day, which they did and took care of the problem. So, I highly recommend this company for pest control.

Although I have not yet used their service-Im comparing costs of different companies-I wanted to let others considering this company know what a good experience I've had in just the beginning/comparing phases. I suspect a pest has been brought into our home & started calling this morning (on a Sunday) to leave messages with multiple companies. This one was the first to call me back on a day they are listed as closed. Rebekah was very helpful, friendly, and gave me a lot of information I wasn't aware of. She was upfront about the timing and scheduling, as well as the initial and follow up costs. I appreciate customer service like this!

We noticed some dead hornets in a room in our house recently. Upon further inspection, I discovered a giant nest in an attic which appeared to be the source. I sent Restoration a request online after normal business hours on a Monday and received a call right away to learn more about my issue. Rebekah let me know what their price would be and was able to come out the very next day. They arrived on time and explained their process. They did a phenomenal job taking care of the nest and explaining next steps. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs extermination services!
