Quality Pest Control

This company was contracted by my apartment complex Camelia Court Apartment complex to exterminate for bedbugs. Their first initial visit before they came. I discarded of all furniture and placed orders for new furniture. They said they didn’t see nothing. Wow they only did a minor inspection a quick glance around nothing was done in detail so they didn’t come back out after the first treatment they said that they investigated the whole building and every apartment that is attached to this multi unit dwelling, but didn’t find nothing and to be quite honest they did not thoroughly look into any of these units. They do not do a thorough job. They have been out to my unit number of 647 times with another 2 to 3 visit scheduled. Their services are not recommended. Whatsoever

Excellent Service

We had a great experience from start to finish! The man I spoke with on the phone was friendly and explained the whole process; we were able to have someone come out the next business day. The specialist that came out was on time, friendly and explained exactly what he would be doing to get rid of the hornets nest we had in our yard. The hornets were going in about 1 day and haven’t been back. I also really appreciate how they do their billing. Would definitely recommend and we will use them again if needed!

I paid Quality Pest Control for ant remediation in mid April. To date we still have ants. When we continued to see ants after the first treatment, Quality came out a couple of times more to try inside baiting with gel. I was told respraying outside is not necessary and then later told a respray outside is against some regulation in Ohio. I could not find verification of such a law or regulation. Today would have been their 4th time to come to my house, I stayed home more than their 5 hour window but no one came. They are quick and responsive for your first paid visit, but if you need follow up, their story changes often. I have had to purchase several refills of the same brand bait stations they use (they included 2 bait station traps in my cost) to keep fighting ants on my own. Their service has not solved my ant problem.

Super friendly, I was having trouble with mice, they took care of them. Affordable, no contracts. They even took care of my wasp nest.

This was an absolutely appalling experience. I had them come out for an ant problem. After coming out, not only did the ant problem not get resolved, it actually got worse. When I tried to get them back out here to address it, they said it would be several days. The representative also accused me of just wanting free service for invoking the 30 day satisfaction guarantee that they abundantly advertise. On the day they were supposed to come, no one ever came. When I called about it, I had one of the rudest experiences I've ever had with a customer service rep. If you get Sue on the phone, just hang up. I'd rather shove nails in my eyes than have a conversation with her. She was rude, cut me off, made all kinds of excuses, and failed to send someone out. I told her I would find someone else who actually delivers on the service they promise. Biggest waste of $200. You're better off stomping them with your foot than calling this company.
