We have used Mosquito Authority for several years now and I can’t remember the last time I saw a mosquito in our yard. They also do our perimeter pest control services and we have no inside bugs. They are always on time and our service provider Levi, is extremely professional and friendly. We could not be happier and highly recommend them.

We have used mosquito authority for four or five years now. We have a heavily treed lot with lots of undergrowth in Grove City. And anytime mosquito treatment has not worked as well as we needed mosquito authority has sent out a technician within a day to correct it. They've always been very responsive to our needs and very easy to interact with. I really appreciate their service.

This is our third season using their service and Im still as happy as I was after the first time they came out! We live in the woods and our neighborhood gets pounded by the annoying bugs. I don't care to go to my friend's homes anymore as I get eaten alive by mosquitos. But not at my house! Sometimes a mosquito does come back before the 3 week treatment is due and it takes a quick email or text and your back on the schedule tomorrow or next day. 100% recommend!!

Excellent first impression ! A coworker recommended this company....I called and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. They were able to squeeze us in the very next day for our first treatment. I received a nice email with a video explaining the whole process which was exactly what they did on the day of service. The gentleman that came to the door was very friendly and professional. This is our first treatment so we will see how long it takes for the mosquitoes to be reduced/gone. 😊

The staff is friendly and easy to communicate with. The technician arrived when I was told he would. My issue is that I was told he would not spray plants that are edible or flowering, and he sprayed both. Coneflowers, pincushion flowers, chives and oregano. I was across the yard and watched him. The bees love all of these plants and I am concerned about the impact the spray will have.

When you reached out to our office regarding your dissatisfaction with how our Specialist treated your yard, we worked immediately to remedy the situation. We provided a different Specialist and noted in your account that these were areas and plants to be avoided. The chemicals they use kill Bees and other helpful insects as well as mosquitoes. They over spray and do not follow EPA or Dept of Ag regulations regarding pesticide application.

It's disappointing that you feel this way, and to help alleviate your concerns regarding the product we use, please note that we train our Specialists to avoid blooming foliage and any areas where bees and other pollinators like to hang out. We target only the non-blooming trees and bushes where adult mosquitoes reside, and also address standing/stagnant water to eliminate mosquito breeding grounds. Our founder is a beekeeper, as are many franchisees and customers. We treat within 10 feet of active hives and have no adverse effects reported by our customers.
