Really happy with the thorough service Anthony provided today. He listened to all my concerns and explained what he’ll do to address them. Great guy and very knowledgeable.

Drew went out of his way to reach a really difficult to reach place!

Setting up appointments are easy. They text you when they are on their way. Special thanks to Drew who came and explained everything that he was going to do in helping me to close up entry points into my home for a mouse problem. Also simple things you can do inside to deter them. Last thing he said was that he would check back in a couple of weeks to see how things were going. 10 put of 10!

Drew explained the treatment he was going to provide and offered additional services if I needed them. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Tried them out after someone came by my door. I didn't really have any problems to start with but I was behind in my usual treatments and figured I'd give Mint a try since there was a satisfaction guarantee . Firstly, the guarantee is that they will come back free of charge to fix any issues, not a cancel whenever as I original thought. That one is on me and they did respond to issues when a group of bees set about making a nest on my patio, they promptly removed the nest. However, I had requested that some areas be omitted from treatment and that some chemicals be avoided, on top of which my yard struggles to be mowed. I never particularly followed up after that and only used them for a few months, but I had odd issues with moths, bees, and wasps in the area and a few spiders around that I suspect should have all been dealt with after a few months but were present. But this is most likely because of my treatment requests instead of letting them treat as they would normally do. Customer service was good otherwise. Would likely recommend if you don't have the issues I had and want someone to just handle treating the house. Personally, ~$100 a month didn't work out.

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible experience. Their service didn't work and I saw more bugs after treatment then I had ever seen before in my backyard. The employee who signed me up promised I could be able to cancel at any time with no fees but when I called to cancel they tried to charge me. Extremely deceptive company and unwilling to help. Do not recommend.

Their products suck! I see more flies and other insects more now after them coming out twice! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

These guys are worth a shot!

Mint came right away for a termite infestation and did a full house treatment. Then they called and said that the levels on the pumps didn’t add up right when they got back to the shop so they came out the next and gave me a brand new full house treatment. To me that is proof of their honesty and dedication. I will not use anyone but Mint. They are the best. I highly recommend them!

This whole thing just seems deceptive. Sign up for first treatment, without telling you it's a 12-month contract? And you need to pay to break the contract? Should have read more carefully, but the guy literally told me I was signing for my first treatment.

I’ve had Mint for over 4 years now. I never see spiders or other bugs in my house and very minimal pests outdoors. If I have had a problem, they come for a free visit to take care of the issue. Great service.

Been with Mint for about 6 yrs. Get notice by text or email day ahead that they are coming out and tech usually.knocks on door to ask if any specific issues. They do a good job for me.

Unprofessional and didnt communicate agreements with me and also took 10 days to remove money from my account. Can find a cheaper and better company than them.

This company is sketchy. They’ll knock on your door and harass you even if you have no soliciting signs up. Then when you ask for their solicitors permit they’ll say it’s in the truck, even though they don’t actually have one. The sad thing is that we do actually need pest control services, but we wouldn’t use this company since they’re slimy. Do not use this company!

I can appreciate a door to door salesmen, but it feels deceptive to have someone sign up for a 12 month agreement with a $100 cancellation fee when they believe they are signing up for a first service. We haven’t used plenty of other pest control companies where you can cancel at any point with no penalty. Is this my fault for not reading? Yes. But this is intentional and annoying. The salesmen also made it sound like this was his small, local business and then at the end of the conversation said he had to go talk to his manager. We haven’t had the service yet so maybe I’ll update this review if it is worth it, but I don’t like the shady business practices.

Quick response when you call. They come out whenever needed. Even if it's between regular service dates. They communicate with you when coming out and when they have treated the property.
