Great job, got those critters out!

Very responsive, professional and fast! Even came back out to give me a peace of mind.

We observed that a bat had made its way into our house during the late evening of 11/4/25. I called Critter Removal at about 8 AM the next morning, and by about 9 AM they had a man here. We knew where the bat was resting, so with a ladder and a net, he had the bat captured and in the truck by about 9:15. We cannot stress enough how grateful we are for the great job Critter Removal Ohio did. No one wants a bat in their house, so this quick and efficient removal was very, very relieving for us. Considering the potential danger and rare expertise of the Critter Removal agent, the cost was reasonable.

SO pleased! It took a while, but that was because of the groundhog's stubbornness, NOT because of Critter Control. They came once or twice per day for 2 weeks, tried different kinds of traps, and worked until they got our little intruder. Excellent work.

A squirrel in the attic situation was addressed and resolved promptly. Chris showed up for each visit within the "appointment window." All attic gable vents were screened off and one was set with a one-way "exit door." After 10 days or so, the one-way door exit door was removed and that final vent was completely screened off. Problem solved. I definitely recommend Critter Removal.

We had a squirrel trying to take residence in our attic. Critter Removal Ohio was up front about process and pricing and they took care of everything without incident. The squirrel was able to leave and move on to a more appropriate home and we have our attic squirrel free again! Also, reasonably priced for the level of service. They checked on things several times monitoring progress and then sealed the entry point when they knew the squirrel safely exited. Definitely recommend them.

They are the real deal! Don’t bother with all the others trying to trap every animal in your neighborhood. We had squirrels in the attic of our 1890s brick house. Our guy Chris found 10 holes they were using for access. He systematically closed the holes and used a modified trap to create a single one-way exit that let all the squirrels leave but not reenter. It worked great! After he was done there were no more squirrels in the attic. We live one block from a large park that is full of squirrels. There are hundreds of squirrels in our neighborhood. Everyone else i called wanted to start with trapping and exterminating ALL the squirrels they could catch. But without effective exclusion work on our home new squirrels would just move in very quickly. Those sorts of solutions are myopic. Critter Removal Ohio are holistic in their approach and there was never any reason to harm any squirrels! Check out these before and after pictures!

Critter Removal did an excellent job removing one stubborn squirrel. Day one he was out ! Have had no more problem since Dec. They were timely , quick and efficient. Although not cheap , peice of mind . The young man that came out was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Very appreciative of Critter Control for their timely and effective response to help me with some raccoons getting into my attic space. No issues since their response and they were able to seal off the space where they were gaining access.

Critter Removal did an excellent job for me. I called them for removal of critter(s) in my attic. They came out the next business day to assess the situation. They found an entry point and set up a one way door (out, no in). So when the critter went out for food or water it could not get back in. They came out every couple days to check the door. After 2 weeks and no pitter patter sounds in the attic, they took down the door and covered the entry point with mesh. I have had problems since! If I ever have another critter problem Critter Removal Ohio will be who I call!

After the initial two weeks of service with traps set and failing to catch the groundhog under my deck, the company sent an invoice per the terms of the agreement we established. I paid immediately. However, I did not receive any outreach on what steps to take next, since the initial method did not work. I wrote a review, and to the company's credit, they called within minutes to ask how to rectify my dissatisfaction. I asked, well, what would you recommend since the first trapping tactic didn't work? The customer service agent on the phone then walked me through what the team thought should be done next, including blocking all sides of my deck to allow for just an opening at the burrow. This would allow the trapping of the animal. As of this week the trapping caught two groundhogs and we have eliminated the problem. They provided this extra week of trapping at no charge, and I appreciate the sincere effort to finish the job. Thank you for following up and seeing this through.

Not return my call

Took forever to get the phone answered, I thought for sure I was going to get voicemail, but much to my dismay, actually Eric answered. Couldn't get a straight answer over the phone as to what their fee schedule is, except for their inspection fee, which is $89: how much for inspection, how much for a patched hole, how much for removal, etc. Told the guy all I wanted was to understand fees first before even getting anybody out; he repeatedly kept on making it sound as if somebody had to come out, at which point it'd already be out the $89 inspection fee. He asked one last time: "when's a good time for them to come out?" at which point I lost my nerve and I told him that the call had become a bit too difficult and wasn't going to use their services. I'm hoping I just had a newbie and this is not representative of pushiness of the rest of the organization.

The company did a good accommodation to fit our need of dispatching an inspector to check the situation on the day of the inquiry. Christ did a thorough inspection on our site. Nice job.

They found squirrels in my ceiling/attic, got them out and patched the opening.
