Awesome company! I recently had wasps in my walls and they were finding their way into my home and I am deathly allergic to bees! I called after hours and couldn't believe it when I got a return call telling me a tech was on his way after being out of town to attend his uncle's funeral! He made quick work of the nest and the entrance and even came inside my home and killed the live ones in the house. That's service! And I thought the cost was quite nominal from what I got quoted the next day from a couple other companies plus the other companies wanted me to sign a contract to get my home sprayed a few times a year. Columbus pest control just said to contact them if I needed anything else. You can't go wrong with this company! 5 stars! Thank you Columbus pest control!

One of the more expensive places I've come across to treat a house for bugs I've done it myself and get rid of The unwanted pest but the staff was very nice very polite

We have them come out twice a year. They are always on time, courteous and go above and beyond.

Don't use this company. The business model is a scam. They make money by charging you $125 for each visit. We paid nearly $500 and continue to have a skunk under our front steps in Dublin. I realize we're dealing with a wild animal but to pay $500 and not have the issue resolved is absurd and poor customer service. When the trap caught an innocent raccoon and the area smelled of skunk, Rick, the employee said he wished he had known it was a skunk as he would have handled it differently. Isn't he the expert?

Their stuff has gotten a bit pricey and they dont have a catalog of their products on their website. I feel they should if they want to attract new customers.

I was calling around looking for different pest services, but I didn't actually use Columbus pest control I went with somebody else. I went ahead and gave them three stars because I've heard good things about them.

If I had an option to give 0 or -1, I would do that. I called Columbus Pest Control on Wednesday morning to discuss possible squirrels behind gutters on my house. The lady that answered my phone had no interest in helping. She finally gave me outrageous quotes to, in my opinion, get me off the phone. If that was her goal, it worked. I had no work done and will not call this company again.

Had me drive from the north side to the west side for a product they didn't have and i call them twice before going. The woman was very rude.

They declined to quote me a job...not sure why...but definitely reveals the customer service priorities of the business.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The item the item i bought came to $176.55. I came home and found the exact product on the internet, commonly priced around $75 plus shipping. looked at my receipt and realized that it said all sales are final. other than the fact i could have spent half as much and the NO return policy the rest of the service was good.
