We found that yellow jackets had been nesting in our attic above our master bathroom. We called and got a response immediately and Justin was out at our house within the next hour. Took care of the nest inside and found another outside that he also took care of. Very happy with the work, the urgency and the explanation of the chemicals that were used.

Sam is the bomb! We had him come to spray back when we bought our fixer upper house....saw evidence of roach infestation in the kitchen and two dead mice were found behind drywall we ripped out to put in a new kitchen. Not a sign of a bug or a mouse since. Asked him to return for a six month treatment. Love the unmarked truck...no other company in Columbus Ohio offers unmarked vehicles...keeps people from wondering why we are having our home sprayed...none of anyone's business. We hope Sam will keep us on his client list for as long as we live in the area!

I hired this company to address a Squirrel Removal problem for my parents and they did a fantastic job. The Squirrels had made several holes in my roofline wood trim and they damaged the Attic insulation when making their nests. I was so happy to hear that Central Ohio Bug handles all Animal Control Services in the area we live in. They have always been very professional and reliable to work with for pest control services. The Animal Control technician arrived shortly after we called and he found the Squirrels entering from. The attic fan that was open on the roof. The Animal Control technician installed a rooftop fan cover to keep out the Squirrels and other Critters in our neighborhood. I cannot thank them enough for all of the excellent service that they provided me and my family in a emergency situation. I would highly recommend their Animal Control Service for all your Wildlife Control needs.

Spoke to them on the phone today and even though we were outside of their coverage zone they did everything they could to get us pointed in the right direction for our yellow jacket problem. If they treated me, a non-paying customer, great that can only mean that they'll treat you even more care and respect.

We had two ground Yellow Jacket nests in the flowerbeds around our home for four weeks. We could never find the entrance to the nests as they were in the middle of bushes. We tried flooding the area with water from the hose, turning over a shovel of dirt near their nest (digging up part of their nest …and getting stung four times) and two different powders. After being stung a total of 12 times we called on a Saturday morning and reached “Justin,” the owner. He scheduled “Sam” for Wednesday. On Wednesday “Sam” phoned and arrived 30 minutes later. He was done in 45 minutes later. Yellow Jackets dug out, sprayed and powdered. All gone! (I called A DIFFERENT exterminator BEFORE calling “Justin” and they emailed me a multi-page contract, wanted me to read it, sign it electronically and pay them with a credit card while on the phone. I told them I would read it and call them back later. I didn’t make it to page two before I was no longer interested. I then called “Justin” and getting “Sam” to come out was simple.)

Local company, professional, fast response, cost comparable to other companies. Sam, our technician, was friendly, kind and professional. He listened to my concerns (about my dogs) and answered my questions. I absolutely recommend them!

Absolute HORRID customer service by Justin. I was referred to this company at the end of April to take care of an ant & spider problem. Central Ohio Bug Extermination had no issues with taking my money, but when giving the company feedback that my spider problem was not taken care of, I was told I need to pay more. Before reaching back out to Central Ohio Bug Extermination, I was told to wait a couple months by Sam (the service provider) for results. Sam mentioned it would take a couple months for the solution to take effect. I reached out to Justin and gave him my honest feedback about the service and I was hoping to get the spider problem resolved. After spending over $300 for a one time treatment I was told would irradiate both issues, I’m now being asked to spend and additional $179 for the same treatment that didn’t work the first time. I let Justin know I was disappointed in the solution being offered to me and I had hoped there could be a better resolution. Upon leaving my honest review on Google of Central Ohio Bug Extermination, I received a hostile call from Justin demanding I take it down. I have NEVER been more appalled by the way this was handled. It’s a terrible reflection of Central Ohio Bug Extermination and I would not recommend investing in this company.

I called early this afternoon and spoke to Justin and explained I needed someone out this afternoon. Justin was very polite, helpful and thorough in explaining things to me. Justin had Sam call me right back to see what time I needed him to arrive. I told him I needed him here by 3:00 PM. Sam said he would be here by 3:00. I used Sam and Justin since purchasing my home 3 years ago. Talk about on top of things and coming fast to my responses and showing up right away. They got here with in hour is amazing. I started with bee wasp and ant issues. They came back twice. To treat , then I had rats and mice invaded my home they came out same day treated and blocked every spot you could think of and baited outside. They treat my yard for carpenter ants and the front house of the house due to a a bad infestation. Treat my home before new windows and floors were installed to prevent future issues I can say these guys are great, especially with my son going thru chemo and renal cancer. I can text anytime and they respond within few min I have used other big-name companies and will never use them a gain . I will continue using these guys because every time used them my problem is cleared up. Every spring I have to treat for ants just to be safe since my home use to be rental and wasn't treated for years. Thank you guys for understanding my budget and health concerns and helping quickly
