Had him come out for a seasonal preventative treatment for ants and general pests. He finished in about ten minutes, which seemed odd, but I paid and didn’t think much of it at the time. Less than a month later, we started seeing ants we had never had before. When I called to follow up, he was unresponsive and dismissive, insisting it “wasn’t possible” instead of addressing the issue.

Robert has been great to work with, he is quick to respond and professional. We are a small family business ourselves and like working with people with the same philosophy who take care of their clients.

Mr. Boyde’s company is responsive and honest. They answer phone calls, give estimates, and come to your home quickly. Pricing is true to market price with no surprise charges. Will be using again for any future pests problems.

Absolutely wonderful company and THE ONLY company of four to finally rid us of the raccoons and opossums. We had this problem for almost 5 months and Boyd's was able to take care of the problem in under a week! I had to call mr Boyd more then one time. Everytime I called he said call him back. I guess red flag but any ways mean while they came was literally in my house 10 minutes. And was done if that. But here is it 2 weeks later and no charge. I’m going to wait a few weeks and try another one

Called about getting a raccoon removed from my property on 7/30/22. The person I spoke with on the phone laughed at me and hung up on me. I would absolutely not recommend this business.

Experience with Mr Boyde so far has been exceptional! He is incredibly knowledgeable and described exactly what to look for to locate the swarm and bee hive. Excellent response time and he was able to schedule us in next day for treatment - we're looking forward to it tomorrow!

Rob is a great find. Today was the second time he came out because I found two more yellow jacket nests. One in the ground and one at the foundation of the house. He came out the same day I called. He was fast and took care of them immediately. I will call him again and tell anyone else to do the same.

I called Boydes on a weekend to get rid of a hornet's nest. They committed to coming Monday to take care of it, and they did. It didn't take long, but he got rid of the nest with spray and broke it apart. He then took the major pieces of the nest away. The insects were totally gone a few hours later. I would call this business again. Prompt, courteous and pleasant.

I’ve had to call Boyde’s a few times for different pests around the yard. They came quickly and took care of the problem right away! They are timely, professional, and experienced. I call them whenever I have a bug issue and am satisfied with the results every time.

Called Mr. Boyd several times in regards a pretty serious fly issue. Told me to call back to set up a time, which I did then he stated he would get back to me. After calling a few more times to follow up, never heard from him. Just trying to support black owned business.... 🤷

Had a bed bugs and roaches gone in two weeks.

I manage a few rental properties around the city and Mr Boyde is the only exterminator that I can rely on to be on. Only had to make 1 visit and the problem was resolved.

No inspection needed to get the job done sooner and very forward about the cost. 2-step treatment that costed a tad less than big-name companies. He honored his 30-day call-back if you saw any pest return. His team is making a big name for themselves right here in columbus!

I had a large hornet nest hanging low in the trees. It was about as big as a basketball. Robert of Boyde's Exterminating came out the next day on time and removed the nest at a reasonable price.

Very professional and knows what hes doing Iove his job. Very prompt had all his equipment. The products was safe for my kids and dog. Just freaking amazing I can say. Wasn't in a rush took his time.I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Educates on what they does and hide away. This company DESERVES 5 stars! Mr. Boyde got rid of my pest in only 2 treatments compared to Orkins one year contract. He was professional, prompt, and affordable! None better!
