I had powder post beetles in my barn. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with their service. They were curious on time and affordable. 6 months later no sign of the little buggers. I love that they are a family business as well. 10/10 would (and do) recommend!

Joe took the time to look around my house and shared his expertise on my ant and yellow jacket issues. Justin was great! He was very professional. He thoroughly evaluated our Clothes Moth problem, explained the scope of the problem and explained the plan of action needed. He spent alot of time both investigating our potential sources which included finding some affected clothing items, outlined the treatment options, and then placed traps and did some spraying as needed. Clearly an excellent technician! I called Speed Exterminating again late May 2025. We have a Carpenter bee problem. Again they sent Justin and gain he was great. He thoroughly inspected the eaves of our house and found two early wasp nests I was not aware of in addition to verifying the carpenter bee problem. He sprayed all the problem areas. The policy is that they will come back and treat any bee or wasp problem under warrantee for 3 months. Again Justin was very professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend the company.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Tech was very thorough with his work as well as knowledgeable, calm, and polite while explaining everything that he was doing. I don't write a lot of reviews, but SEC was great.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from start to finish. Contacted them via easy to use, detailed website and had reply by following morning concerning ant infestation problems. Thanks to a remarkably organized office, I was given a firm cost estimate and able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. A thorough inspection and educational service treatment was performed by Sean at the promised time. This courteous company truly cares about its customers and will be my "go to" business for any future pest control needs.

Just get a written price before they come out

All of a sudden I had a lot of loud scratching from the walls. My aunt recommended this company and I gave them a call. Cammy, the receptionist, was great to talk to and very understanding of the situation. They came out quickly in just a few days, my tech was Joe. Joe was great. He was polite, pleasant to talk to, and did a great job carefully combing through everything. Their service comes with a good warranty as well! I actually had to call them again just a few days ago on Friday 12/1 because their were still roaming and got into a room. We had thought it was mice, but turned out to be some sort of strange looking chipmunk. Even though they do not specifically deal with that type of issue, the warranty was still honored, and Cammy even got Joe back out here at 8:30 the following Monday 12/4!! On top of that, Cammy provided me with not one, but two referrals, to make extra sure no matter what happened the problem could be taken care of. It was truly a pleasure dealing with this company. They really make you feel like a customer with concerns and not some number on an invoice sheet. Great service all around. Great communication, timeliness, great warranty, and simply great service. I really can't recommend this company and team enough. They really will do everything they can for, and well. As someone who lives in an area that deals with issues like this quite a bit, I'm grateful I now have a service I can really rely upon. A big thank you to Cammy, Joe, and the rest of the team!!

The lady who helped me was very thorough and informative

Only thing I can say is that he sprayed every where and that was it I feel I was a more expert that than he I ask him to put down bait. So we will see the out come.

Not much to say. They are polite over the phone. The service workers that came out were nice as well. They came out did the job and that was it.

First time , I didn't get what I want

I really hate to leave bad reviews because I always like to give the benefit of the doubt. But they came for a follow up, we have a mouse issue. Claimed they didn’t need to go up in the attic despite the first visit they did, and I know there are mice in the attic. Then they threw down poison packs on my kitchen floor, out in the open, (the object was under the dishwasher but they did not push them fully under) despite the fact it is evident (and they recorded the first time) that I have a dog and small child. I hope this is not consistent. Now I don’t know where there are poison traps accessible to my pet and my child.

Yeah the technicians seem knowledgeable of what they doing in prevention and ridding a place of whatever pest that a person place or thing has. A very good company and the techs also.
