I am extremely frustrated with the service provided by this company. Despite my repeated requests, they fail to schedule their quarterly visits in advance, resulting in only half of the service I am paying for. Additionally, I contracted them to manage rodent issues around my home, but they left bait boxes unattended for months, leading to a significant mouse infestation indoors. Have spoken to the account management team multiple times to cancel service since June of this year, and even though they confirm that I have been canceled, they continue to send representatives to the house and then attempt to bill me even though I text back saying I have canceled my service. Had to file a formal complaint with the attorney general as they are violating cancel/opt out rights. Would not recommend.

The local office was scamming people. Not only did they fail to come, but they lied about it. I have proof they never arrived, between my cameras and dogs I was able to confirm they didn’t show up. No refund was offered, just an apology and confirmation that the local manager and technician is no longer with the company. Yet I’m still in a contract with this company? I will also file a complaint with the BBB.
