Got orkin shield today and when I got home to look at the work my front door knob is broken and the door cannot be opened from the outside and is very difficult to close from the inside. The tiles in front of the door to my garage are shattered and although we were told something would be installed onto the garage door itself to eliminate gaps there are just as many gaps as ever. Spent thousands for 3 visits that totaled less than 4 hours. Halfway thru a walk thru and pest control service the tech said he had to go because he had other stops to do!! Halfway thru what I paid for and bailed! Don’t return calls when you have concerns, work on scare tactics and false claims to work you up to a 3,000 dollar job just to hear the sales guy make a call and tell the tech (I’ve got an easy one for you). I’m not one to leave a review especially a negative one - in fact I never have. This is not directed at either of the technicians scheduled for my home. This is all the call service and I’m beyond frustrated. They explicitly stated it was NOT a contract for a year multiple times. I repeated asked if it was a contract and it was told to me if I opted out of reoccurring services after the initial fee of $294, I would loose the orkin guarantee and that’s it.
