Business must be booming for them because their techs will no show and keep pushing out your service appointments without letting you know. I recommend staying away, wish I went with someone else. Trying to get someone out here to look at a wall for termites is like trying to pull teeth

I had them come out to treat fleas after a tenant moved out of my rental property. I paid a lot of money for 3 treatments after which my new tenant walked in, got attacked by fleas and canceled her lease, costing me multiple months of missed rent. When I reached out they did not know how to fix it. They did not treat it with any kind of urgency or responsibility. When I asked for a refund bc I now had to hire another company (orkin, which did a great job) they told me "we can't because we already provided the service". When I finally got to a manager, he said he approved a refund. That was a month ago. I have not received anything. And now when I call, I can't get through and am on hold for 10+ min. Really, a local exterminator has so many calls you can't get through? Anyway, resorting to posting bad reviews in hopes it helps me get this resolved. Very disappointing.

Andrey G. came out to our home and after treating both the inside and outside perimeter we noticed a huge difference in the bugs & black widow was dead and gone!! The service guy did a quick run through my house which was horrible.. it’s took him 10 minutes to do a 3 split level house.. I watched him he barely sprayed I had to ask him can he do certain things…

These folks came to my home after I declined, performed services and sent me a bill. Part of the problem was inside. I could see if it was a follow up, but this was first time visit. Trespass and send a bill, people are slick. Had they simply waited, there would not have been a problem, but I guess you have to get every buck you can by whatever means possible. Good job!
