Wonderful customer service in less than 24 hours my issue was resolved ! I would recommend KRESHCO over any other company they were speedy and did follow ups. I am glad I chose right not to mention the prices are GREAT! Don’t waste your time with DIY tries or other companies

We had mice in our house...but are also animal lovers & no enthusiasts about poisons. We wanted no "extermination," just mouse proofing. Kreschco was very patient in respecting our preferences, as we deployed our own humane catch/release traps inside while they performed a thorough perimeter mitigation...figuring out within minutes where the mice were entering and effectively sealing off those avenues in the exterior home foundation & brick walls. We haven't had indoor mice incursion in the years since. They can play in the whole yard, with the chipmunks and squirrels, that's fine. I am grateful to Kreshco for the excellent response & results.

I called Kreschco due to a bee hive near our front door which was preventing us from using it. The gentleman from Kreschco gave me a quote over the phone, set up an appt for the next day, confirmed the appt that day and even let me know when he was on his way. He disposed of the hive and sprayed all the way around the house at, what we thought, was a VERY affordable price. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

These guys are great! I had a rat problem and nothing worked. They came the next morning after I called, set up traps, explained everything, and that afternoon the problem was solved. They came back to clean up and returned a couple weeks later, at no cost, to check on things. Very nice guys, very responsive and efficient. I highly recommend!

I contacted Kreshco for a mice problem. Do to past experiences, I wanted to try a local company vs a larger national company. They came out on time and as scheduled. Did a quick and professional job. They explained what they were doing, and how it will help the issue. They did not try to sell me on any regular services/treatments, or really any additional services except when I asked. The price was fair, and they seemed to have taken care of the issue. I will be contacting them for future services if needed as I appreciate the job that was done. I would recommend them to others if asked.

I had the best experience with the services provided. My husband and I needed a termite inspection. I literally called him and the next day he completed it! Had all the forms and paperwork we needed to purchase our first home. I would now be recommending to all my family and friends. It’s difficult to find good customer service now a days. Great Job! Terrible experience would not recommend didn’t help whatsoever with our rodent problem said didn’t have any when we did traps did not work that were provided by Company we should have never paid a company for something we could have done ourselves which is exactly what we ending up doing on top of that person that was sent to us kept talking to us like we we’re stupid not appreciated I would not use these company for rodent services

Updated review 5/23/22: Updated to four stars because Derek responded to the negative review promptly and treated the nest. His treatments are extremely effective and they eliminate the pest problem. If you need pests eliminated or your perimeter treated, he is a great option. If you want someone on call willing to stop by as things arise to treat between perimeter treatments, I am not sure that’s the expectation. I’m very NIMBy when it comes to ant nests in beds and where my dogs play. Original review 5/7/22: I’m not having the same luck and responsiveness. I paid the quarterly treatment and have messaged four times over the past month with text responses and no action. Price is competitive with other companies but I have had a large ants nest in the backyard for a month with no action. I have many typical small ants up front near the house, nesting in garden beds with no action. The reply I got was the ants have to live somewhere. I understand that to a point but can’t deal with getting swarmed myself or having my dogs get into a nest. Two stars because I don’t see ants in the house yet so the barrier treatment appears effective.

They were a little expensive and not real friendly. They got bug spray all over the outside of our windows, too. Not impressed.

Never held up to your word We paid you to exterminate the bugs you said I’ll be back out at 90 days never came nor set up a time instead you come after 90 days and then say we have to pay you more for Somthing you guaranteed that’s why this review is here you are the business owner you need to ensure you hold up to your standards not blame us for not hounding you to come out I’m displeased I know this is a late response but it has been on my mind for awhile but don’t call my phone unless your issuing a refund

Hired Derek because of all the great reviews, turned out to be a total nightmare!!! First he says I’ll be there tonight. Then cancels 2 hrs later and says I’ll come tomorrow if the weather is good. I don’t hear from him till 3:30pm the next day, so I text him to see if he was still coming. He responds with: “listen! I’m not climbing tall ladders in the middle of the rain” I wasn’t at home so I wasn’t aware of the weather there. Either way, this should have been my sign to run! He later tells me he’ll come on Monday 1-3pm. Monday comes and he doesn’t show up. At 12:55pm he tells me that I was actually scheduled for 3-5pm. I don’t hear anything till he rings my doorbells after 6pm. I had a scratchy noise coming from my second floor bathroom ceiling and wall. Derek quoted my $100. When he came I showed him a few more spots where I’ve seen lots of wasps flying around. He only removed one visible nest, did nothing about the other spots, just peaked his head into the attick, collected $100 and left. The next day I walk around my house trying to figure out where the noise is coming from and notice a ton of wasps flying into the bathroom fan vent! Bingo, there’s my problem. I text Derek, after some convincing, he hesitantly says he’ll come and check it out. Without any more of communication he comes 2 days later and sprays the nest inside the vent that leads outside. Says he fixed the problem but charged us another $100 Days go buy, the wasps are still there. I text him, he says to give more time. Over a week later I ask him to come again. He sprays and says he fixed the problem. Days go by the wasps are still there. I text the 3rd time now and with clear aggravation he comes unannounced again. Says it’s fixed. I leave town for 2 weeks and upon my return I walk into my bathroom and hit an awful smell. After treating my drains I realize that it’s the decomposing nest and text Derek to ask why wasn’t this nest removed to begin with. He comes back with bunch of contradictory excuses and says that the smell will eventually go away. It’s been 2 months of fabreeze, candle burning and opening the windows and though it’s almost gone, I’ve had to live in a bedroom and bathroom that wreaks like death thanks to DEREK who is completely incapable of doing a complete job. He has absolutely no communication skills and doesn’t know how to manage his time. The kicker is, at the end of one of his visits he asked me to go online and write a review, well.. here it’s is!
