We had a ac tech come look at our ac because it wasn't working properly. The tech said we needed our Indoor coils cleaned and wanted to charge $400. We decided to decline the service. The tech took the 3 screws off the door to view the coils and saw the insulation peice that was laying over the coils and misinformed us that they needed to be "cleaned" which the only thing that needed to happen was to glue this peice back in place. I did that myself and can tell a huge diffrence. I wish there was

I was given a great lesson on how ants exist and why I had them(more than likely), What treatment would happen and why that would be our solution. I had to call back because the issue wasn’t solved yet and when the team came back out, there was another detailed explanation of the situation and how we will solve it.
