Danny is great! He is very nice and friendly!

My builder included a year of Black Pest’s services after we closed on our house. After the year I chose to go with another company and did not renew any services. I frequently get calls and emails about scheduling my next service. Today, about a year and a half after I ended my service, I got an email saying “we will need you to pay the amount of $231.00 in order to bring your account up to date” or it would be turned over to a collection agency. The phone number in the email didn’t match the website but the email address it came from did. I called the number on the website and was told the $231 was a terminate insurance plan that had lapsed. This was clearly a shady way to get someone to call in so they could try to sell something. I won’t be doing business with any company that would use tactics like this.

I am very impressed by this company 👌 and look forward to using there service for years on. Friendly staff. Grest customer service. Very nice and kind people. It's very hard to have that these days but black pet is 100% very reliable thank you guys

Call very rude and they wouldn’t even come out to my house because it’s a mobile home and they were extremely rude about it did not recommend anybody else or anything

I have been with this company for over 10 years. I just called to update our payment information and was greeted with a very kind soul. You don’t find this every day. I’m very thankful to have this in our community. Thank you for doing such a great job
