The Critter Man

I called The Critter Man this morning and Justin contacted me to discuss the issue and arrived at my house later this morning to investigate (exactly at the time he said he would arrive). Turns out, I didn't have a real critter problem. But Justin took the time to educate me as to what I was seeing and how to address it. He was extremely knowledgable, professional and went out of his way to help in any way he could. I highly recommend The Critter Man!

Excellent! Collin was our service person. So impressed with the expedited service, professional advise, and obvious expertise with wildlife activity. I can’t express enough how I am not a fan of snakes! I contacted Justin from The Critter Man and by luck he was in the area I live in. He came over and gave me a detailed explanation on what to look for between venomous and non venomous snakes. After my tutorial, which I appreciated, he was able to remove a non venomous snake from my storage container and relocate the snake in an area he can thrive in. Very thankful for his professionalism, quick response and educating me on snakes. My wife, daughter and our dog appreciate him stopping by as well. Great raccoon remover

Had a snake in garage, panicked it might be a Copperhead. I called the Critter Man, he was so helpful! From photos he confirmed it was a baby black snake which looks like a Copperhead. So appreciative! I would not hesitate to call again for any snake or other wildlife issues!

I am SO grateful and appreciative to Justin. My Sunday plans to clean out my garage were derailed within 10 minutes when I got up close and personal with a copperhead on a shelf! Justin came immediately - on a Sunday - and removed the snake and inspected my whole garage to be sure there were no others. He was very kind and understanding because I was terrified!! He also took the time to look in my crawlspace to see if there was anything I should do to seal it to reduce the chances of getting snakes in there. This is the second time I have hired the critter man for a different animal issue. I would highly recommend Justin and his team. He is professional and knows animals. We have been plagued with an escalating territorial dispute with a raccoon and muskrats. We called Justin (THE critter man). He arrived the next morning, surveyed our situation, and told us in detail what needed to be done. Justin and his assistant, Will, returned the following day with a trap and other materials to corner the raccoon and deter the muskrats. A couple of days later, raccoon in custody. We expect the muskrats to be next. Justin and Will arrived when they said they would arrive -- unusual these days for contractors and services! The pest control program is evolving exactly as predicted. The Critter Man a very professional service!

This little guy got into our chimney and managed to get behind the fire place in the wall. Will came to our rescue and saved this bird. Thank you for your prompt service and professionalism.

I highly recommend Justin. I hired him 4 years ago when he was with a larger firm & was happy to learn he went out on his own. I cleaned out the attic this weekend & asked him to come check out something suspicious. He was here within 2 hours, gave me great news (no critter problem!
