Jacob worked very professionally and took time to answer a few questions my wife and I had. We are new customers with this company, and if this is an indication of the service we can expect, we will be pleased in the future.

Affordable friendly pest control. I have service to control biting and wood eating flying insects, termites and mice.

This is a family owned and operated termite & pest control company. We have heard horror stories about termite damage so my husband decided to be proactive and install bait stations to prevent damage. From start to finish dealing with Jason and Jacob was a breeze, they were informative, professional and their service was excellent. We highly recommend them! Josephine

We switched from Á+ to Bug Out. Á+ kept raising their fee if we called for treatment between regular sprayings. They were very inflexible with schedule and would show up without notifying us. We are getting better service from Bug Out with half the cost!

Hired A+ Termite to remove a hornet’s nest. They only cleared about 50% and said that was the best they could do, then left the rest. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. See the before and after pictures. Decide yourself.

Tech was in and out in under a minute. My wife works from home with a front office, saw the guy park and leave without much of anything. Two days post visit, I have active ant mounds in the back yard still.

I have been using A+ for regular pest control because they had the contract for termite protection. On the last visit we showed them an area where we clearly have a pest problem but the technician didnt know what it was or how to treat it. He said he would get back with us to tell us what it was but we never heard from him. The overall attitude for other issues we had was simply indifferent, he didnt seem to care either way about helping us solve our pest problems.

Great service. Very nice on the phone and even better in person. I was given a great lesson on how ants exist and why I had them(more than likely), What treatment would happen and why that would be our solution. I had to call back because the issue wasn’t solved yet and when the team came back out, there was another detailed explanation of the situation and how we will solve it. I appreciate the team and look forward to a long term relationship with A+.
