Our Tech Jonathan Moose was very friendly and helpful dusting our quarterly service.

I wish I could give lower than 1 star. I was charged a $79 inspection fee to have someone come out for literally 2 minutes. The gentlemen came out, I pointed out what needed to be done, he gave me a verbal quote which I never received a formal one in writing, and he took pictures and left. I could have described the situation over the phone or email and sent my own pictures to avoid wasting $79. This company is a scam stay away.

We had a ac tech come look at our ac because it wasn't working properly. The tech said we needed our Indoor coils cleaned and wanted to charge $400. We decided to decline the service. The tech took the 3 screws off the door to view the coils and saw the insulation peice that was laying over the coils and misinformed us that they needed to be "cleaned" which the only thing that needed to happen was to glue this peice back in place. I did that myself and can tell a huge diffrence. I wish there was more honesty involved when he could have just told us that peice needed to be glued in place. I would have paid them a reasonable amount to do the work. But to charge us $80 for a fake diagnostic and then want an additional $400 to take a $5.00 stick of glue and repair the problem is bad business. The picture attached is from when I took the screws off and fixed the issue myself for $5.00.

I have multiple services with Killingsworth, HVAC, pest control, mosquito spraying but recently I added installation to my attic and had my wood floors and tile/grout cleaned. Carl did an outstanding job, you can actually see the original color of the grout when I moved in. The wood floors look great and he was knowledgable answering any questions that I had. He was very professional and did an outstanding job on all the floors. I have recommended their services to my friends and will continue to do so. Also, Chris Moore who came to the house to give me the estimate was also very professional and explained the whole process. He also followed up with me with e-mails, prompt to send me the schedule. I trust Killingsworth 110% when it comes to the preservation of my home. I currently have a fully encapsulated crawl space with a french drain system and termite protection. I have the Mosquito Program so we can enjoy our lawn in the summer and the bed bug warranty helps me sleep better especially with as much as my husband and I travel. I also have had my HVAC maintained. Fred S is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the crawl space encapsulation. Even through the transformations my home has taken with water softener installations etc., they have always honored their warranty as well as accomodate the changes.

My Crawl Space Dehumidifier Indoor/Outdoor Temperature and Moisture % gauge was not working properly so I called Killingsworth Environmental and had the pleasure to speak to Megan M.. Megan intently listened to my issues. and informed me that she would schedule Jeremy K. to see what the cause and remedy would be. Jeremy fixed the issue and left me a voice mail stating what he found and that it was corrected. Hats off to Killingsworth courteous and professional team.
