I started using this service mid 2017 and kept it for 7 years. When it started out they were fantastic. Courteous , conscientious, and thorough. As we went through the pandemic I was understanding as they adjusted their servicing techniques . I've been using killingsworth since I bought my home in March of 2022. I have both pest and termite protection. I was sold on them because they told me any time I saw an issue to call and they'd send out someone to solve the problem. Customer service is TERRIBLE! The person I was talking with (Nyla) about my concern kept telling me she WAS a manger & that she had no supervisor that I could relay my concerns to about her , she kept interrupting me, I kept trying to get off of the phone with her and she kept aggressively badgering me.
