Tried to report a bad driver that nearly killed me this morning and they had me on hold for half an hour so I got smart and called and selected I wanted to be a new customer. They answered fast but when I told them what I called about, they again put me on hold. I called corporate and they don't have a "how's my driving" phone number. I have a picture of the truck and the guy giving me the bird. Still can't do anything. The guy was high as a bird while driving. They'll care when he kills someone

I wanted to write this review not only for the EXCELLENT service we received yesterday at our house, but for the EXCELLENT service we've received from Terminix over the past 20 years. All the technicians that come out to the house have been very professional, friendly, and they always explain what treatments we are getting and the treatments will do for us.
