Terminix

I called Terminix on July 23 to schedule a service call for July 25 as a new customer. I called from Maryland (where I live) to establish service at my mother’s home in Fayetteville. Terminix did not show up for the July 25 appointment or call. I called the Terminix office on the 26th, got an apology, and was assured that a manager would call to discuss the matter with me. Showed up at my house without consent!!!!!! Online I placed a request for a quote, I did not hear back from a service representative until some time later. By that time I had already chosen a different service, so I did not return the call from the representative. I spoke to no one in person or via phone or via email. Customer Service is really lacking here. They do the Service great the first 2 times and then any other time from there they schedule you for appointments you don't ask for and then when you try to get assistance on it they constantly keep sending people. Then when you finally get Service they don't have when you need it and send someone who does a half job and you have to call them again.
