In my personal experience, their product doesn't work. The technicians are friendly enough, but the company will reschedule services, not come out to service when they're supposed to, and, when cancelling your account, you better make sure you get that confirmation email from the cancellation department and not rely on the word of technicians and customer service. Terrible experience. Techs were nice, but in 1 month of service they were out here 3 times and the bug situation was not any better! Customer service said they’d send them out again, but gesh… how many times does it take!? Canceled my service and was charged $154 even after I paid the monthly cost of $99 and I paid a startup fee. Just seems like bad business. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and no one called or emailed. Also, holding for 46 minutes to speak to a human seems ridiculous.
