I spoke with a wonderful lady named Melanie yesterday about prices. She was very nice and informative and a fellow animal lover ❤️ ♥️. I went ahead and scheduled my first ever appointment with an exterminator and Mr. James came by today to spray inside of my house and outside. He was very nice and did a great job. I'm very happy with my decision. Thanks everyone.

Master Exterminators is a great business. About one year ago, after many, many unpleasant mishaps with Terminix, I switched to Master Exterminators. I have no regrets. Their service is always professional, friendly, and timely. Best of all, they are consistently available to answer questions and concerns. Excellent company!

Jesus be a fence I had arrow pest control for years and they went out of business I thank God I found Master Exterminators cause they came right in a solved the problem because my house is in the city butttttt it’s a lot of wooded area I get mice sometimes Jesus they handle me with care thanks Zack and crew

0 star if i could. Terminated our contract for no reason. Said they had pictures of food on the counter when there was none.

Yanzhu Lin, our company does not gain anything by terminating anyone’s contract. As a company who believes in doing “good work right” we had no choice in this matter but to do this. We are saddened by your response not to see we only have had your restaurants best interest in mind. We could not continue with not having your companies support when dealing with the integrated pest management approach to controlling your pest issues. terrible service. before the pandemic they were awesome, now they don't help at all. cleaning or not, everything is the same. we have switched to another company.

We had been with this company since buying our home in 2017, and they had been great to us. Always on time, great communication. We even used to recommend them to other families who were looking for pest control service. However, once the pandemic hit in 2020, something changed, but I'm not sure what. The communication became poor and the biggest thing is that our account was cancelled without our knowledge. In fact, the only way we found out is because we were trying to schedule our regular quarterly service and were told that the account was closed because one of us was in a nursing home; we're both in our 30s, my husband is active military and I'm a veteran. Anywho, we reopened the account to receive our quarterly spray in January of this year, but recently closed it for real this time and have moved on to a different company.

I called and I was gonna be charged 95 dollars just for an inspection, but free if I would sign a contract. Went with terminex. They inspected for free wheather I signed a contract or not.

Mr. Murphy I am sorry you had a bad experience with a company concerning getting an inspection. I have checked with my staff and no one recalls speaking with you here. I can tell you I have never heard one of my employees use that pitch about signing up to get an inspection. We do offer FREE estimates but, if you are seeking an inspection with results it will cost money. I am not sure you spoke to our company thou. I would really appreciate you calling back in and asking for Mike so that I can get to the bottom of your concerns. Thank you!
