TOP HAT... came to me super fast.... i got to speak to the owner... a nice man.... they have well trained workers that care... and they returned one week later for a follow up treatment.... they are punctual as well..... so i had to advise others who might be in need ....i highly recommend

Every year we get these annoying little ants everywhere and then just like that, after a Top Hat visit, we don’t. We can always rely on Top Hat to take care of the problem year after year. They are very knowledgeable (especially Jimmy). I highly recommend them

I had a great experience with top hat exterminating service. They are very professional and very fairly priced. I had a big ant and termite problem in my home that was addressed immediately and rectified. I would definitely use this service again.

I can only review for rodent problems but in this regard they are terrible. They charge you $150 for three pieces of plastic and some poison that DO NOT WORK. They don't take the time to check for holes to see how pests could be coming in. If the problem doesn't go away they offer two extra pieces of extra poison for more money which the rodents won't touch anyway. I kept my house PRISTINE during this time to ensure there was no other food source. At the end of the day, the only thing that worked for me was a glue trap but ultimately the root cause of the issue was not resolved. Very disappointed.

I must say I was very happy with Top hat Exterminating corp. The girls in the office were so nice and accommodating. Speaking with Jimmy was a pleasure. They really care about you and want to solve your problem. Our cat contracted flea’s, a very bad situation for us. A true nightmare. The office truly cares about solving your problems. Both Mechanic's who came to the house Michael and Bernie were true professionals. They kept coming back until the fleas problem was solved. One time I had a question but it was after hours so I left a message, the owner called me back from his vacation Aruba, just to advise me of my concerns. They send their "techs" with a tube of what looked like Advion and charge you $165 for ant bait service. No discussion about what can be done, no evaluation of the problem, just let me put some drops of this gel somewhere and charge you for the service. Had to make the "tech" come back because the first guy who showed up (I didn't even know he came) didn't bait anything in my yard and missed a bait station in the front. Scheduled another appointment for the same day "tech" shows up an hour early and the office is calling me 3 times that they guy is there and he's only going to wait 10 minutes. Have a little consideration - I work from home and I scheduled a time for your tech to come back when I would be available. That's the basis for an appointment - to agree on a mutually acceptable time not just show up when you feel like it and expect for me to be available. In fact, I wouldn't have had to call you to come back if the first "tech" would have done the job correctly. Office is very disorganized which they blame on the computer systems that they've been migrating for months now. Takes 20 minutes to schedule an appointment.

They took all of my concerns very seriously and listened thoroughly to me. They made sure the job was 110% finished and everything was taken care of. Praying i wont need to- but if i do, i will always return and i very Highly recommend. They truly take care of you like family.

The worst and most unprofessional company. No one showed up for our appointment and no one had the decency to call me and let me know. I was home waiting all day! My time is as important as theirs.They weren’t even apologetic about it when i called to complain. Stay away!!!

Top Hat was able to field my call and send someone out right away. Their staff answered all my questions both on the phone and on site. I am having a rodent issue and the technician on site was knowledgeable and honest with me every step of the way. He went into great detail how I, as the homeowner should treat my problem and gave advice on how to keep the issue at bay. They paid very close attention to the safety of my children, my home and my domestic pets and created a solution best fit for my families needs.
