Job for Two family house with minor sighting of mice. $1000. Came once, patched, laid traps . Never check up. 2 weeks after service, I called and informed them upstairs is complaining and I was informed it was too early to call. It takes time. Now 2 months and couple days laters, no sighting of mice on first floor. however, upstairs complaining of unpatched holes and are seeing mice. “Warranty is done” quoted $3-400. Welp, the decision is up for the consumer to make after reading this 1/4/2026. I am updating my review after seeing the company’s response stating the cost was not $1,000. I paid $1,000 directly to the company, so if that was not the correct price, then I need an explanation as to why I was charged that amount. Was I overcharged? What was the actual cost of the job? I contacted the company after the work was completed and was told it was too early to address the issue since the job was just done. When I called back later, I was then told it was too late. I’ve included photos for transparency. Saying it’s “unfair” to leave a 3-star review after two months does not address the pricing concern. What’s truly unfair is denying the amount I paid.

Very professional, punctual, understanding of the needs and reasonably priced. Amaris came and repaired the access openings that raccoons/squirrels were able to get in the house. He took his time, showed videos to explain and offer options. The homeowner was very pleased with the job and now feel safe at night to sleep with no worries.

Syed came and was very professional and explained everything he was going to do to get to a yellow jacket nest . He took his time he was very thorough with how he used the spray and then at the end he found the queen and grabbed her and held her up in his gloves to show us that he had caught her. The company we hired on Saturday came with no suit, threw down some dry chemical and left within 10 minutes, Syed Sprayed for an hour went through 3 5 gallon sprays.

I had a serious problem with a yellow jacket nest that had gotten under the siding of my house, and David came to the rescue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. Scam. I paid $275 for a treamemt for roaches, exterminator came spent less than 20 minutes doing the “treatment”. Its been more than 2 weeks now and the roaches are still the same or worse. I’ve complained with the company and the exterminator that came to my house contacted me very rude and saying that I needed more than one treament, that wasnt what we discussed when I hired them. They assured me that their chemicals were not like the ones forom Walmart and amazon and that the roaches would be gone. I still have the same infestation in the home. Dont waste your money with this company.

Syed came to my apartment to treat a sizable mouse infestation. Nice guy, worked quickly. Sealed several cracks in the wall and floor, planted a bait box, and said the poison would take effect in 3-5 days. It's now a week and a half later. Mouse sightings and the amount of poop on the floor have decreased, but they're still around. I saw two last night 😱 Also, a foul smell developed a couple days after the treatment (think urine + wet dog). When I texted Syed about it, he said it's a sign the poison is working, and suggested candles and air freshener. I've since learned a stink isn't unusual in these circumstances, but a heads-up would have been nice.

I recently used Diamond Plus Pest Control. Setting up appointment with them was extremely easy. The owner was very accommodating to my schedule. And even allows me to cancel and rebook for a much earlier time in the morning. The price was absolutely reasonable. They are not trying to rob people. The service was pretty fast as he sprayed all throughout my house dropped some poison in certain areas and I believe he even dropped some bait in certain areas. All in all I was extremely pleased. I will update to how efficient the service was. I did not get five stars because after I update to tell you if it worked , then I will give the five stars. But it was definitely five star service
