I’ve been using Annihilator Exterminator for the past 4 years. Scott Fox is the absolute best. The response time for a call is excellent. He & his staff are professional, kind & caring. Four years ago I was invaded with large ants (didn’t know they were carpenter ants). I had just gotten a puppy & was concerned about products used. Scott assured me he would not use anything that would be detrimental to the health of my puppy. The following year, he treated ants, once again safe for my dog. I moved Last year & had a cricket invasion. Once again, I was completely satisfied. Last Spring, I was invaded with baby ants. Scott came the same morning. Found the nest (neighbor house). He took care of it & haven’t had an issue since. Crickets were back again this week. Scott came & took care of issue, especially taking my small dog into consideration. He treats his clients & their pets like family. ❤️

I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about this company they made everything easy from the beginning to the end. You’re not going to find a better price or get better service. Connie and Sloan from the office were wonderful answered any questions I had and got Scott out to me the same day. Scott was GREAT and even mindful of my dog when it came to spraying. We had a yellow jack nest in the siding of the house. Within 30 minutes the problem the fixed! I would never use anyone else!

I had a bee problem so bad up in my soffits outside and they reached inside to my attic! Scott came same day I called him informed me of what to expect and told me if after five days you still see them just call I’ll come back as many times need be!
