Used Exto Pest Control today for the first time for a rat problem in my house. The technician who worked on my house Chikodi was friendly, professional, and efficient. He worked quickly checking for and sealing any access points throughout the house. Also set bait stations and traps. Went above and beyond what I expected.

I am very satisfied with his work. He did it in a very professional manner, disinfecting the area, removing the nests, and also blocking the access so that the birds wouldn't build more nests. He even removed a dead bird that was causing a terrible smell in the bathroom. I definitely recommend his service.

Mohammed owner for ExtoPest was extremely helpful, knowledgable and accomodating. He called within 10 mins of recquistion on Thumbtack. Was very forthcoming and provided with me the knowledge to make an educated decision as to what needed to be done with our mice issue. His team provided with me a free estimate before work was done. He also worked with me on pricing because he wasnt the cheapest but matched the price of two other companies including ORKIN. His team went over and beyond and even removed dishwasher where in mice infestation is a major issue that ORKIN wont address unless you or contractor address. His team also addressed all issues dropping bait stations, poisons and sealing entry points. Also Mohammed is honest I infact paid him twice and made sure to call me of my error. So top notch decision there is a reason why hes gotten recognition awards from Thumbtack for last two consecutive years running. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I called last minute in hopes someone could come out to take care of a bee hive. I received immediate response and someone came out same day. Very professional, straight to work, came prepared. The price was very reasonable and fair compared to a few companies I called prior. Overall very satisfied. They even gave me 90 day guarantee on the work.

We found a big wasp nest, basketball size, between the ceiling of our basement and the floor right above it. We needed help ASAP. We could have not done it on our own. It was Friday night, and we were texting diff numbers on google for exterminators and this is the only number that responded. Plus, it was so easy to reach cuz of the link directly to WhatsApp. They responded within 5min, explained the situation and arrived to my place in 45min. Mohammed assessed the situation, explained in detail what he was going to do and started to work. When he was done, he told us to let him know if after one week we still see wasps roaming around, he will return and take care of it at no extra charge. I would recommend this business. Great and fast work!

Mohammed and Chikodi did a very thorough and nice job. They pulled out my fridge and oven to check underneath and behind, put traps, sprayed chemicals carefully and thoroughly, and applied gels in all cabinet joints. They work neatly and are very easy to talk to. Mohammed also explained how to prevent further infestation. I have already scheduled with them for a second maintenance visit. They also wrote a very clear invoice with service break down. High recommend!

We hired them to treat our apartment before moving in, and I’m really glad we did. The team took the time to check every corner thoroughly and explained what they were doing. They sprayed the entire place with care, making sure nothing was missed. Everything felt very professional and organized. Thought it was extremely unprofessional to be working with a customer and continuously answer phone or texts. Came in personal car not a business vehicle, didn’t even use camera to see if there was an actual nest inside the siding. Used a few screws to lift and hold siding in place and added metal mesh around the 3 holes for 385 dollars. I don’t know how they are for bugs but for exterior squirrel issue I wouldn’t recommend.

Responding to your reply: I don’t think you realize that you have read receipts on your phone so I can see every time you read my text messages. you advised I reach out to you if the mice come back. I reached out to you again and you read the text and did not respond after 3 messages until 2 days later. You said you would return that Friday and never did. I waited another week after no response and told you it’s ok don’t worry as I contacted my super instead. Two weeks later I reached out again and you read the message and did not respond again and then I updated my review. You can review your text and call log to jog your memory. Updated review: Exterminator initially made multiple visits to try and solve the problem by plugging potential entry points and poison pods. Mice still showed up each week. Got another exterminator to place glue traps and was able to catch 2. Another mouse was found recently, a month now after initial appearance. Unfortunately the Issue was never solved and exterminator reads but no longer responds to requests for assistance ___ Original: Mohammed is a great exterminator. Very skilled and knowledgeable. He calmed my nerves immediately. He responded to my requests right away!

Was told a lower price over the phone then once he got through my door was quoted a higher price. Classic deceitful bait and switch. So far the job was done ok, but to be charged nearly $600 for a small job like sealing a hole in the wall under the sink that was first quoted $300 is very unreasonable then on top of that lied about a $100 fee JUST FOR SHOWING UP when it shows on Thumbtack that he doesn’t charge anything for being on site. I will not be using this exterminator again, he was very dishonest and deceitful!
